The hotel is on the top of the hill close to pacific Place, a shopping belt off central. It is of course 5 star, with attentive staff and comfortable rooms. There seems to be another MTR construction outside the hotel. However, I did not hear anything from my room.

Stayed here for two nights before taking a Holland America Line cruise and it was a perfect stay for us with excellent service from all the staff. As I was flying from Spain via Paris with my elderly Mum I had requested a car transfer through the hotel and it could not have gone smoother (40 minute drive from airport) and on arrival at the hotel we were met at the doors and escorted directly to the Executive Lounge - super friendly welcome, professional and courteous and staff could not have more helpful. Was allocated a room on the 61st floor with magnificent views over the Harbor. Executive lounge was comfortable and also offers magnificent views, great breakfast service and evening canapes service too. Sadly we could not enjoy the hotels specialist Chinese restaurant has it was fully booked due to a public holiday, so I would recommend you book this in advance to avoid disappointment. Hotel centrally located for sightseeing and there is a great shopping mall down on the 3rd floor with some very exclusive designer brand stores. A big thank you to all the staff who made us feel so welcome, if we have the opportunity to return to Hong Kong would certainly stay here again!

I stayed at the Conrad with my wife for a weekend trip and loved it. It would be my choice of hotel in HK from now on even though I have been to all the other famous and great ones. The location is great allowing you to be at the heart of the city and have the massive mall adjoined is very convinient. But the cherry on top is the view that you get, we were lucky to get a room on the 50something floor and it was one of the best city views I have ever seen. Besides being a city business hotel, even for leisure, i would highly recommend it. Breakfast was average, nothing speacial though.
