If you can access the lounge, its service, its food, and its harbor view, you will be very pleased. The amenities, and service, at least for a gold HH member, are outstanding. Although a mainly business hotel, it can become with such service a romantic one.

I am so surprised and honored that a nice and delicious birthday cake and birthday card were presented and put on my room table when I came back to the hotel with my daughter Vivian Kwok. This really wowed us! I would like to express my sincere thanks to GR Manager Ms. Eunice Ho and her 6 team members. I am impressed by the flawless services during my two days stay at the hotel.

Warm regards,
Guo Dehua

The Conrad Hotel was hosting the Contemporary Art Fair in Hong Kong during my stay, which coincided with Art Week. Prices for rooms were astronomically high, but I was guaranteed a VIP ticket for the Contemporary Art Fair so I bit the bullet and paid the extra. My reservation was made by American Express for the Executive Floor and being a HH Diamond Card member my room was upgraded to a Harbour View Room on the Executive Floor.

Great room with a great view - the kind of service you would expect from Hilton.

The hotel was overwhelmingly busy which had a detrimental effect on finding seating in the lobby bar and a much impaired lift / elevator service. Service in the lobby bar was slow as it often is, and food was extra slow as there was increased demand. Same evening later I had a beer in the bar on the 8th floor which was relaxed and peaceful - great place for a drink which hitherto I had not discovered.

Wifi works well throughout the hotel. The hotel backs on to Pacific Place Mall which can be accessed directly from the hotel on level 3.

For lunch the following day I visited the French Restaurant located on the 8th floor - Brasserie on the Eighth - not wish to leave the hotel as the fair started at 1pm. I was very surprised by vast selection and exceptional quality of this restaurant which offered a very reasonable set business lunch, which included the starter buffet selection. The octopus capriccio was delightful and tender. The beef for my main course was cooked to perfection and served in a splendid French ambiance. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

During the art fair - which was excellent the elevator service was even more compromised and there were very long waits. My room check out was extended to 5pm which was an hour later than the Hilton Honors time - so I appreciated that.

Check out agent in the executive lounge was unfamiliar with the fact that VIP ticket holders were offered 15% off all food and beverage from all outlets during the art fair - she argued this was not so until I showed here the agreement in black and white - on presentation of which she subtracted 15%. It was a bit messy as some outlets chose to apply this discount at the time whilst otters said it would be subtracted at checkout. Poorly informed staff, but the agents in the executive lounge should have been better briefed.

Efficient limousine car from and to the airport, although the return journey to the airport is more expensive - a fact the hotel does not inform you. Unlike The Peninsula for example, the drop off does not include the hotel service representative to meet your car and accompany you to check in and look after your bags. Limos are fitted with wifi which works well - Mercedes - very comfortable. Good stay.

The Conrad went above and beyond during our stay, upgrading us as Gold's to the club level, and providing not only a stunning room, but top notch service all around. This hotel really was the star of our trip, and the best city hotel we've visited in Asia.

It would be very difficult to go wrong staying in a Conrad -- even more so by choosing to stay at Hong Kong Conrad. Pacific Place location puts it in a premier shopping area. This property offers a variety of dining options. I tried them all and was perfectly thrilled. It is also walking distance to the Victoria Peak Tram. Highlighting my experience in this property is the friendly crew of the executive lounge who have been very helpful in providing directions as well as assisting in car and restaurant reservations. The executive lounge team offered very personalized attention. The corner suite with a gorgeous view of the Harbor and the mountains turned out to be the perfect accommodation and exponentially made my vacation a wonderful experience. Trying to find a flaw in this hotel would be nitpicking on my part. A stay at the Conrad Hong Kong is one experience I would personally recommend .

Room Tip: If you can swing it, get a suite with a view of both the Harbor and the mountains. It makes a huge...

Stayed here for 6 nights recently after a trip to China. Arrived totally exhausted and left rested and ready to take on the world.
Try and stay on the 59th floor. The service is unbelievable.
Can't recommend this hotel enough.
Awesome.
Well done guys!

Room Tip: Take the 59th floor upgrade if available.
