We were 10 guests, reserved by our overseas labor officer. We got 4 rooms ( 2 triple rooms and 2 double rooms ) and we were surprised of the size of the rooms...by Hongkong standards, Cosco has BIG rooms.
The Front Office Manager was very friendly and accommodating, no problem at all with everything we requested.
There were just some areas which are being renovated that time, therefore we can hear the noise. but if you will be out of the hotel, it should not be a problem.
The bathrooms are clean, but the carpeted floors need a little vacuum. Basic toiletries are also well provided.
Location is convenient for our purpose. Bus stops are just outside the hotel.
We were conscious of budget as there are 10 of us. So the total cost was much within our budget, and what we got is much more than what we expected!

Friendly staff and luckily occupied a spacoius apartament since regular rooms seem to be full. All needs are provided. Dont mind the location as tram and busstop is in front - ca. 15 min to Sheung Wan MRT and Macau Ferry Terminal. Nice foreigner bar row and spacios park nearby as well good shopping. Will definitely stay again at a referring rate.

Room Tip: if possible choose higher floor to avoid noise from street

Cheap, cheap, cheap. Previous reviews were right on the legendary hard beds, the dead maybe better-off in their caskets. Its chilly at the time of writing with temperatures dropping 6 oC and the room heater is no more that 6"x6" fan with heating coils inside-think of a hair dryer at the lowest setting. Forget about watching TV, only 2 channels are in English and 1 of which broadcasting news cum propagada which I consider comedic.

I love the Price but not the Location .. Very far from subway station. Taxi drivers do not even know the hotel. but if you like to hang out at Causeway Bay or Times Square , it was only around 10 minutes walking.
The room and bed was clean and well serviced every day. but carpet it's a little bit look old. They need to change that.

Budget hotel and that's it! It took us 2 hours to find the hotel. We had to ask our friend who is familiar with the Kennedy town area. Very far from subway station. Taxi drivers do not even know the hotel. Its a little bit isolated. Facilities very average.
