The hotel is conveniently located on the hotel express shuttle root on the Nathan road and close to the Jordan station. However, if you want to be closer to Tsim Sha Tsui then this hotel is really on the opposite end of Nathan Road. The room that we had was extremely small but had all the necessary amenities. The check-in and reception was very good and the staff was very polite and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel but definitely would encourage you to look at the room before accepting it.

Room Tip: Small rooms, so look at it before check-in

Hotel is well situated and close to whatever you need – shopping, restaurants, metro, Cultural Centre, ferries – whatever! Staff was courteous and helpful, especially with the follow dilemma: The first night we stayed in room 513, which felt like a coffin because of its size, but worse - it smelt like one! The air was stale and musky. Thankfully the aircon worked, but maybe due to the oldness of the system or filters, it was worthless in refreshing the air. The windows couldn’t open (security?!) I slept with my nose under the duvet. In the morning we were moved to a bigger room, on the fourth floor, which felt and smelt less suffocating. The rooms up to the 5 floor have not been renovated and are rather tired. Also one is hit with this musky odour the moment the lift doors open. Apparently the rooms on the upper floors are better (and more expensive). Complimentary water and tea and coffee. Breakfast was very prompt, sufficient … but one felt like you were wished away. Not relaxing at all!

Room Tip: Stay away from room 513!

Location excellent, hotel clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. Lady at tours desk very helpful to book day excursions. Can recomend this hotel to everyone. The bus from the airport drops and collects you outside the hotel door.

Having read so many reports on rooms being upgraded, I never felt the need to ask for upgrades to other rooms and was quite happy with my room on the 6th floor. I only use the room for sleeping in and do not spend time relaxing in the room as there is so much to do in Hong Kong.
All the other reviews have said they are good, bad or indifferent with the hotel where I personally didn't find fault with the reception staff or the cleaning staff, however the dining room was a different kettle of fish, not enough tables to seat everyone and the staff shouting at each other, food was always running out and the toaster, well if you have 10 minutes to spare.
Overall an excellent hotel situated in an excellent area and would definitely stay there again

The Nathan Hotel is at the end of the golden mile on Nathan Road. I found the hotel to be very accessible getting in and out. For breakfast they have both Chinese and American foods. The only problem was you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get there. Not wheelchair friendly but we managed.

First time stay at this hotel and thought it was good value for money and a great location. Big room for HK standards

Off to a great start. Arrived from Kowloon Airport Express train station, bus K1 basically stops at the front door of the hotel.

Check in was swift and efficient, upgraded to a suite. Not sure about the deposit being more than the total room cost? Room was big, clean and very comfortable. Lounge room with TV, bedroom with king size bed and a huge TV, bathroom with a shower, separate full size bath, 2 basins,

Buffet breakfast was included, a good selection, should please all but the fussiest of eaters.

All the staff very friendly, efficient and accommodating.

Location was great, 5 or so mins walk to Jordan MTR, less than 10 mins walk to Temple Street night markets, lots of restaurants close by, 20 mins walk to the main shopping / entertainment areas along Nathan Road.

I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel.
