Not an ideal location, bad area, market shops, water logging, bad smell around, it was a bad decision to book hotel at this location. Could be good for local tourist but for foreigners i would expect a better location. room size was ok, nothing fancy, basic rooms

Stayed for two nights. It was quite comfortable. Clean rooms and bathrooms. The view is fabulous, as it can be since you're in Hong Kong. Tram line goes by in front of it, McDonald's is just 4min walks, and a lot of domestic food restaurants. It has a pool on top, - 28th floor.
Three elevators, and a huge lobby with reception.
Tv in rooms, minibar, safe.

The hotel has nice view of the harbor on the top of the building where the swimming pool is located.
the view is great seeing the surrounding area.
it is a good place to be in the middle of busy market, shops, restaurants.

We booked this place for our recent stay in HK based on the photos posted on booking.com. The pictures show the place to be clean and neat, however the rooms were filthy and dusty. We found the rooms to smell like cigarettes and some old dirty rugs that hasn’t been clean for ages. It wasn’t a pleasant smell at all. We also saw some white bugs on the wall and when I smashed it the blood came out so I assume these bugs would sting you. I only found some bugs, but it could be more. The entire ceiling is full of mold. Spots of dark mold were all over the ceiling and you can see it visually when you look up. You can even find dusts all over their furniture. The bathroom is very small and dirty. You can see stings on the shower, sink and the floor. You can tell that there is poor, or no maintenance was done. The drain valve lever/plunger of the sink was broken. There is no way to keep the water going through the sewage line in the sink. So, we brought the issues up to the front desk and they agreed to switch to one of the available rooms on another floor. We found that the conditions to be the same, so we brought to their attention again. This time they didn’t do anything but told us that they will address our concerns to their management. So, we have no choice and end up staying in these dirty rooms for our 3 nights stay in HK.

I chose this hotel because I am platinum with Wyndham rewards. The hotel is in a bad area with smelly fish and dirty street however you walk 1 or 2 blocks away and it’s a better area and the mtr is available.
When I arrived it was the night of the protests. I decided to take an Uber from the airport to the hotel and it was about $65 USD. Could be as low as $50. On the way back I took the Airport express and mtr. It was great. The hotel is close to the mtr. When I arrived there is a 24 hour security guard. The hotel staff is excellent. They gave me a room on the 27th floor overlooking the Hong Kong skyline. Wow.
The shower had some mold but I’ve had this in mainland China at 4 star hotels. The room was clean. The bed is hard as a rock but I got a good night sleep there was no issue there. I paid $54 usd per night and I’ve seen the prices double. Not worth $100 a night. I think it would have been more fun to stay in tsim cha sui or central. There is a 7 11 on the corner of the hotel to go to in the middle of the night when you have jet lag. I got my pants sent out for laundry cleaner via the hotel. Only thing is that they kept on insisting to see my credit card again , wanting deposit , it went on and on. They wanted me to sign forms. Maybe I was exhausted from jet lag but it seemed a hassle. My card is already on file and we’re talking 60 HKD maybe. Anyways. The hotel is good. It is in a bad area and the shower is a bit moldy but it’s a nice place. Hop on the public transportation and easily explore Hong Kong
