“Good location but rooms cramped”
Reviewed 1 November 2011

I stayed for 2 nights recently and pre-booked with Agoda. I had booked a double room but on arrival found I was in a single. This was changed without any fuss the following day so no real problem. I found both rooms to be small with only just enough room to put your suitcase down . The bathroom was tired and in need of an update. That said it is in a great location at the bottom of the Canton Road and is perfectly placed for ferries to China and the islands. Harbour City shopping mall is just next door and can be accessed via a walkway. It's OK but for the price there are better options in Kowloon or on the island

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and had reasonably good experiences. This time, I ha a college stay and we both had terrible rooms. They stick and the doors are siliconed. For $300/night I would expect a LOT more than this. The 8th floor sucks! Maybe if you pre-pay, they stick you in the crappy rooms. I'll complain to the manager later tonight.

Room Tip: Don;t get the 8th floor

located in canton road where all major shops are located, has access to ferry terminal . very convenient taking the airport express and free shuttle which stops in this hotel. check in is bit slow, we have to wait for 1 hour and 30min for our room to be ready. room is small but clean.i dont like the hard bed, gives me back ache.very accesseble to shops, restaurant and public transport, specially the MTR.

Nice place to stay, right by the harbour and has access to the ferry terminal. You can also find a bus from the airport that takes you directly to this hotel (the bus takes passengers to all the hotels included in this chain). Very accessible to public transport or you can just walk a short distance to many shopping areas, restauarnts or just for exploring. Staff were very helpful. It was a bit on the pricier side, but well worth it.

Caught the turbo jet to Hong kong. Arrived at the hotel about 0045hrs.. Check in Girl was great..so friendly..so helpful.. explained where everything was .. Restaurant, Bar etc.. went so smooth.. I had a Suite in the Towers overlooking the Harbour.. Great views..

Breakfast was awesome..Superb selection Chinese & Western Cuisine.. Concierge staff very friendly & helpful with directions..
Hotel is positioned well.. its in the same building above the Ferry terminal & Customs & Immigration check in..

A great hotel with an excellent staff.
Emily Chan, Karen (assistant Managers),
Valerie, Jeffrey, Rocky, Michelle, Yolanda, Jiin at the club lounge.
Cson and Henry the bell boys.
If you ever stay at this property there is a very good chance you will come across most of these people and they are the best at what they do. They treat you like family and do whatever is in their capacity to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
I give this property a full one hundred on all fronts. The only problem is veggie food which is lacking but overall a great great place to stay and conduct your business.
