Stayed 3 nights at thehotel. Location was very good- A convenience store and supermarket were just down the road. It was also less than 5 minutes away from the Yau Ma Tei MTR station. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. However, the Wi-Fi was seriously poor. I kept getting disconnected from it. Breakfast was not too fancy, but at the price of the hoitel, you couldn't expect much more, The hotel is currently experiencing renovation, so don't expect a quiet breakfast or a sound afternoon nap. All in all, excellent value for money, main draw being the location

Room Tip: Stay in the upper floors as renovation has been ongoing since Oct 2013

Just got back from a four night stay at the Caritas Bianchi Lodge. The location is excellent. As you come out from the MTR (Man Ming Lane exit), the pedestrian lane is right in front. Just cross the road and walk to your right a few meters until the corner where there is a Vanguard convenience store. At the other corner is a 7-11. At the corner, there is a road going up and you can practically see the hotel. It is a very short walk. It was very convenient location wise as we purchased Octopus cards at the airport and used the MTR most of the time to get around. The two convenience stores nearby were also handy for purchasing bottled water, snacks and a local sim card. We stayed at a family room and were very pleased by its spaciousness. The bathroom was great as well. It was a welcome change from the guesthouse we stayed at the night before where the bathroom was the size of a closet and the toilet seat got soaked when we took a shower. But we got what we paid for. The guest house was cheap and good enough for an overnight stay as we arrived very late from the airport and left early the next morning to move to Caritas Bianchi. Back to Caritas Bianchi..... as for the free breakfast that came with the room, it was adequate enough. They were doing renovations to the breakfast area when we were there so breakfast was moved to a temporary room on the tenth floor. We had a chance to try their breakfast at their breakfast area (before the move) and also after they moved to the temporary place and while there were more choices of food in the former, we guests were duly informed that at the temporary area, it would be a continental breakfast. It was still good enough as there were several kinds of fruit (watermelon, dragon fruit, etc), cereal, bread, potato salad, noodles, eggs, juices, croissants, etc. More than adequate to fill the tummy before a full day of sightseeing. Our group was very pleased with this hotel but the one thing though that we agreed could do with some improvement was the front desk check in procedures. It took quite a while and a lot of questions before we were checked in. We were a group so I guess that entailed a bit more work but really, we hope that they can make it more pleasant and smooth for the guest next time. A smiling demeanor would be great too and would go a long way to making guests feel welcome at your hotel.

The hotel was located near the mtr station - 5 to 10 minutes walk depending on speed. It was easy to catch a cab too.
There was a mini supermarket and a convenience store near the hotel - 2 minutes walk.
The reception was done efficiently.
The room was clean but basic and the bed was comfortable.
Given the price we paid at agoda it was very good value for money for location and room.
Breakfast included in the price was not good, considering the standard of local food nearby.

I was pleasantly surprised by this accommodation. Rooms were big and clean as were the bathrooms. Good location if you want to be close by to Mongkok and Ladies Markets. Reception staff seemed a bit rude but this could be due to language barriers.

Very pleasant and clean accommodations, with good bed, nice desk, large wardrobe and mirror, efficient air-conditioning, stocked fridge, and large bathroom with excellent shower. The breakfast was fine for either vegetarian or non-vegetarian choices, and somehow the staff managed to produce full breakfast service during a typhoon 8 warning in which the whole city was entirely shut down. The location is relatively quiet and convient to the Yaumatei MRT station, a Tin Hau temple and park, a 7/11, a Chinese-English bookstore, and a store full of beautiful classical Chinese instruments (from the hotel, walk to Nathan Road and turn left). Book well in advance, for this is a deservedly popular place at a reasonable price. Income from the hotel helps to support Catholic charitable services.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel for many reasons. First of all, it is conveniently located. It is close to MTR (Mass Transit Railway) as well as transit buses. Also, the hotel is newly renovated. It is clean. The front desk staff are friendly and polite. Also, the daily room rates include a buffet breakfast.

Room Tip: Double bed rooms facing a park would be quieter.

we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights here. the location of the lodge is just a 20m walk to nathan road. it is very accessible to mtr station. the room we had was spacious and clean. the downside of of our stay was the service specially at the cafeteria. the food was average for it was free breakfast when we booked there.

overall our stay was ecstatic. easy access to transpo and nearby tourist spots. i would recommend this hotel.
