“smell of cigarette every room non smoking”

I don't know how to say but I booking non-smoking room and second day I can smell strong cigarette from my room. I am allergy and I cannot sleep with this smell. when I try to change room, your staff kelvin he acting like I am begging his money. he is not satisflied. I seen his face.

on fourth day, I can smell strong cigarette in my room again. I don't know why but maybe someone smoke on non-smoking room area. If it is because you air-condition can smell all hotel when someone smoking in his room. there is no need to change the room. the problem still happen.

I don't know who is try to fix or Will have anybody try to fix this issue for problem in future but I would like anyone know this problem.

28 Aug 2014 wrote this and I will stay 2 night. I think I will sleep with cigarette again.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. The hotel is very comfortable and clean with good sized rooms, comfortable bedding, nice and helpful staff especially the concierge service, and would recommend the hotel to others. However, there have been changes since our last stay in March 2014.

As the hotel is some distance from TST and Kowloon, we were appreciative of the shuttle service. Unfortunately, this service has been terminated, which we only found about after ringing reception to get a timetable. The free drinks eg ginger ale, coke etc have also been removed and replaced with water. The free mini bar has been cut from 6 drinks to 4. Our stay was good but the loss of the shuttle bus left a bad taste especially when other hotels located away from major centres offer similar services.

We stayed here for a weekend. The room itself was spotless and impeccable. The bed was comfortable. I especially appreciated the free drinks provided in the fridge. They have saved our trip to the convenience store and made our stay more enjoyable.

This hotel is located in Kwun Tong, eastern Kowloon. It is very close to the Ngau Tau Kok MTR station and you can get to central hip areas on the Island (e.g. Causeway Bay, Wan Chai) within half an hour.

One breakfast was included per day so we had to pay for another one for the two of us. We found the selection and quality to be ok and we were not very impressed. We decided to have our breakfast at a diner downstairs instead.

I tried the gym once. The gym and the pool were located on the top floor but they were relatively small. However, the few pieces of equipment provided were professional and well-maintained. Good for a cardio session when you're away from home.

I like the design of this hotel. Great value of price comparing to other hotels in Hong Kong with this standard. Just a minor thing that I want to carry out is that the check-in process was a bit long for me.

situated in the old industrial blocks this hotel rises up 35 floors. a new hotel here. all rooms ate fully equipped and come with an ipad. check the docking station once before you start using them. some are broken. standard breakfast spread, perfect for a business trip. near to mtr stations.

Room Tip: dont choose this hotel if you intend to do sight seeing as this is far away

On our back to Canada from Bali, we stopped in Hong Kong for 3 days; before we left for Bali, I harassed my husband to change hotel because I didn't want to be in an 'industrial' area (one of my colleagues told me it was in an industrial area) and for some reason either he didn't have the time or just ignored me.

Having said the above, I was quite surprised; it wasn't bad at all. Since I had read reviews, we already knew the reception desk was not on the ground floor. The staff was very helpful with luggage, etc. They were very quick, we didn't have to wait to get our luggage in our room, they also took time to explain how to get to the metro, etc. Once we had the map, everyday we walked to the metro and considered ourself locals.

They have a small gym which is on the same floor as reception desk (turn left out of the elevators); they have FREE snacks, fruits and even coffee/beverages (we only found out about this on our last day but that's ok).

Free iPad for use but we had our own so didn't use theirs.
