Stayed twice in a two weeks period. The location is perfect, close to MTR and close to restaurants. Rooms are quiet, comfortable. I left the hotel for a short trip to the Philippines and Macau, concierge kept my luggage.
My only complain is that the cleaning is not the best. When I check in my room has hairs and drit in the floor. This happened twice and even after housekeeping they didn't clean it throughly.

Very comfortable and clean hotel, with modern design. Their staff are really helpful and polite. Also the facilities are good, they have welcome drinks for the customers. Enjoy staying here a lot. Highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

We stayed at Wanchai 88 for 3 nights recently. Kyle and the team really looked after us - nothing was too much to ask and they even went to the extent of letting us use their personal phones to authenticate a purchase of some coupons for activities as we didn’t have a local number. Fantastic facilities and location, would really recommend staying here

Very large rooms by Hong Kong standards. Modern styling and close to the MTR.
No restaurant in the hotel, but there are literally hundreds of food options within walking distance.
We only stayed one night as part of an extended layover, but I would not hesitate to stay here for an extended period if I visit Hong Kong again soon.

A male staff broke into my room while i was taking a shower at 9am saying that the room was checked out. Not only has the hotel did not make any in person apologies, the manager never showed up and only asked the reception guy to call and offer late check out as a compensation. It was the worst experience at this hotel and i hope no one ever choose to stay here to risk their privacy and getting treated the way i was treated. The room isn’t as great as shown in the picture and facilities were run down.
