This is a fairly new hotel, maybe less than 5 years. Bed, furniture, bathroom were extremely clean and in new condition. Having said this, the room is average by HK std but small by Western std. (About the same size as the easyHotel in London, England), If you had two large full size suitcase you would not be able to open the door without moving one of the suitcase onto the bed. Shower stall was a tight fit for me but alright (my waist size is 42 inches); anybody with a waist of 48 inches would have their body touching the shower curtain and stall; Staff spoke English and was helpful with directions. Hotel is located about 500 from the Prince Edward Metro in a working class area;

I stayed here for 1 night as it was a good price.

The room itself is very small..like a box room. However, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The walls/doors are thin so not soundproof at all.

ReceptIon staff are helpful and friendly.

I needed to use google map to get here, 10 mins or so to station.

Room included:shower gel, shampoo, shower cap

When taking a cab from the airport to the hotel, it was pretty much easy to reach the place. The staff are friendly and able to guide us when we did not know the directions. The hotel room was very small but it was clean and fairly new. when we requested for more pillows, they were immediately delivered to us. No complains about the service here. The hotel was a little far from the MTR station, many little twist and turns, so if you are not a local, you might get a little lost.

Located 8-10 minutes from Prince Edward MTR Station, Exit C2.
Kinda hard to find the hotel at first. Spent awhile on google Map before we found the street.
Exit out from C2, cross the traffic light and find Tai Nan Street. Once you have found Tai Nan Street, you will just need to walk the down the street.

The area is quiet. Cafes and 7-11 are about 5 mins walking distance.
DO not expect anything fantastic.
Everything is basic! The room is very small and clean. We booked a Triple room, amenities are OK. Bedding is average, their pillows are all soft. Even I stack 2 pillows still felt uncomfortable. The air-con seems to be in a set temperature. The room didn't get colder even I adjusted it. Bathroom is super small, standing shower with hot and cold water.

I have 1 big luggage and had to place at the door (beside a single bed)
Hotel reception is helpful, he helped me to find Egg Tart store location as I was leaving the hotel.
The staffs speaks Canto, english and chinese.
Wifi is good throughout my 4 nights :)

I would recommend the hotel for traveler whom are not fussy.

The room was abit too tiny for 3pax. Only have space to open one 24-29inch luggage at a time, but I find the room very cosy. The bed was ok. The toilet was small but it have all the amenities.. It takes slightly less than 10mins walk to Prince Edward station. I went in March, the weather was cooling. So the walk to the station was not a problem. As for the returning, after a full day of shopping or a day in Ocean Park/Disneyland, the walk back to hotel was abit of torture.. But, Hong Kong is all about walking, shopping and eating isn't it.. =P

This hotel might be troublesome for those who buy alot, and want to offload their loots back in the hotel before continuing their shopping spree as I find it too time consuming & energy wastage.

Overall, this hotel was to my likely.

This place was rediculous. I tried opening my suitcase in my bedroom and couldnt, the room was too small. Even with my suitcase standing, I couldn't open the bathroom or room door.

Booked on Agoda.com, and may never get a refund, but I have to move out!

On the plus, I had a small 15" flat screened tv and mini refrigerator.

Never again though, spend a little more and be somewhat comfortable if you can.

The room is small but has all essential things, such as hair dryer, mini refrigerator and tiny flat panel tv. The bathroom is way too tiny to be comfortable, just imagine taking a shower in a phone booth. With the plastic shower curtain closed, it keep sticking to the skin, making it possible to put on the soap or scrub the body.
