Not a lot to tell about this hotel - but I wouldn't stay there again. I spent just one night on a short stop over and I was not excited. The atmosphere is far from "Deluxe". There is a kettle in the room, but no coffee, tea, sugar or creamer. Ridiculous for such an expensive hotel. Rooms are just ok, but very very very noisy: all rooms face Nathan road which is most probably the busiest street in Hong Kong. Windows are not at all soundproofed, even if you stay on highest floor you will have difficulties to have a good sleep.

There are other hotels in Hong Kong at the same price range that are much better.

I stayed 2 days at this hotel and basically it answered my needs.very well located- two steps from mfr and from temple street in the middle of Kowloon.the rooms are clean and so is the hotel overall.the reception was very helpfull in guiding me to places or any question I had,the only disadvantage is the space of the room which was tiny but I guess that in HK that is considered standard and the view isn't maybe so delightfully but again this is HK .
Bottom line -recommended to those who can't afford to spend that much and aren't after luxury.

Very close to Yau Ma Tei Subway station; if coming in on the Airport Express Train, go all the way to Central and then come back 4 stops up the red line (Tsuen Wan). Reception on 3rd floor has efficient, friendly staff with excellent English. Had 16th floor room. Very quiet, reasonable size (for Hong Kong!), comfortable beds with quality pillows. Efficient air conditioning. Kettle but no coffee/tea facilities. Two complimentary water bottles in fridge - don't drink the tap water. Very small but adequate bathroom with good sized shower - water ran hot and cold but good pressure. No soap, but complimentary toothbrushes, shampoo and body wash. Good security. Got free room upgrade. Good location on Nathan Rd with plenty of food and mini-mart facilities nearby. Large night street market in street behind. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Room Tip: Go for a high floor to minimise traffic noise.

The service is good. Staff are very friendly. Just outside Yau Ma Tei MTR station. But there is nothing much around that area. Hotel near Tsim Sha Tsui may be a slightly better location.

Another good thing about the hotel is that it is newer than most of the hotels in the region. So it is relatively cleaner than other hotels, such as royal plaza hotel for half of the price and about 1/3 of the space. The room is small, but sufficient.

However the room is pretty dusty, and the towels and pillows are not very clean. Other than that, other things are fine.

Unbelievable near to the MTR Yau Ma Tei station that barely need to take 1 minutes walk. Good customer service and the room is pretty new.

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and we like everything about the hotel and the room except.....

...the cleanliness of the towels. If you take a good look at the towels, you will find yellowish stains. Not only that, occasionally there were long hair that caught at the towels which none of us have long hair.

Due to the super convenient location, and centrally located at the Kowloon city and the hotel is very new... we would still love to stay at this hotel again despite the findings of the towels.
