Sayed in Kings de Nathan in March this year and was generally happy with it.

First, some of the cons. Given the space constraint that is Hong Kong, it is understandable how a standard room here is at least two-thirds the size of a standard room in another country, and at the same price per night! The walls and door provide little protection from any sounds coming from the corridor. There is only one lift, and it is tiny as well. The lift also has similar noise protection prowess as the hotel room's walls. Any noise you make inside will likely be heard in the corridors and at the reception.

Next, the pros. The rooms and corridors are very, very clean. The modern dark interior themes complement very well with the furniture. The service is good and commendable, though check in took a little longer than we would like. And the LOCATION is simply perfect for a good week in Hong Kong. Nathan Road is probably the primary road running down central Kowloon and is probably where everyone congregates and carry out their day to day activities. Staying along Nathan Road means you get to walk to Mong Kok up north, and Tsim Sha Tsui down south. If need be, the Yau Ma Tei MTR station is just a few steps (really) away from the hotel! Hunger late at night is easily satisfied by the many food outlets and stalls along the back alleys running parallel to Nathan Road along the area of Temple Street.

In short, if all you need is a safe and clean place to rest, clean up, and keep your belongings, Kings de Nathan is the top choice by virtue of its great location!

What I like about this Hotel:
Just a few meters next to Yau Ma Tei MTR Station so it is very easy to go around.
Check in was quick and easy.
Right next to Temple st. which has a night market and a few local restaurants that serve good and dirt cheap menus.
Rooms are nicely done and interior is functional and minimalist.
Good water pressure and aircon functions well.

What I Don't like about it:
Small rooms- we got a family room (has 1 queen and 1 single bed) and opening our luggage was quite a challenge due to limited space.
There was a ref and a small kettle in the room but no cups, just glasses.
Walls are thin so you can hear the cars outside and people in the other room.
