Although this is not my favourite hotel in Hong Kong, it is very much a close second. Everything works like a dream. Great service, food and very comfortable, spacious rooms. Great amenities in the room and definitely the best SPA in town. It is also very conveniently located.
My only gripe with this hotel is the bed. I like very firm beds and unfortunately the Four Seasons mattress just never works for me. I love the Four Seasons chain but I can never sleep well on their beds, which is such a shame.
Besides this, it is very hard to fault. I come here on a regular basis for the spa and for the dining.

I have been coming to Hong Kong on Business for nearly 5 years, and have never, ever had a bad experience at the Four Seasons.

Everything about the Four Seasons has been designed and catered for the guest. There was never any misunderstandings, raised voices, the hotel staff are consistently gracious and helpful.

The rooms are spacious and the beds exceedingly luxurious and comfortable. The bathrooms impeccably clean.

I don't know how they do it. If only the rest of the service industry in the world could come close to these standards...

Rooms are gorgeous, view is very nice, great restaurants and very good service (Four Seasons standards) make it the perfect place to stay in HKG (a little pricey though.)The spa is fantastic and so is the outdoor pool with an amazing view, the gym is also well equipped and has a nice view..Airport transfer is an experience not to be missed after a long flight. Will be back soon !!!!

I regularly travel to Hong Kong for business and Four Seasons is my choice of accommodation. My most recent visit was just before Christmas and once again I found that the hotel sets the benchmark for service and experience. This time I got to enjoy listening to a school girl choir singing carols and admire the beautiful festive decorations in the lobby.

The rooms are large, well appointed, generous and superior toiletries. Understated quality decor. Food offerings - either room service, bars, restaurants are exceptional - presentation, taste and service. The hotel is well located, has superb views across the harbour or towards the peak. For those of us that shop, the IFC shopping mall has every possible offering and direct access to the stylish Lane Crawford department store.

The spa is magnificent - make sure you make time for it, a hair salon that will squeeze your appointment in. Take your swimmers to enjoy the array of outdoor pools and spas - winter or summer it is still approachable. Lots of nice soft towels and a complementary pot of herbal tea.

The service is impeccable and underscores why Asia really sets the benchmark for client experience. Unobtrusive but completely focussed on your needs at every turn - whether the shuttle transfer (free) to the train to the airport, housekeeping, front desk, bellboy, concierge.

I have stayed here many times on business and have also returned with my family when we stayed in a club suite. My children love the hotel too - the two flat screen TVs, pool (with lifeguards), the high tea offering was exceptional. For discerning travellers I cannot recommend a better hotel.

Room Tip: All rooms are excellent quality - higher levels obviously offer more spectacular views. For a famil...

By far the best service I've had from a hotel. They take 30 minutes to service no matter how much you order!!! And they have a very reasonable business lounge on the top floor. Unbeatable but pricey by HK standards. The harbour view is better than the peak view but a good 1000 HKD more for the same size room...

Hard to find fault - location, service, efficiency, rooms, food, everything was perfect.

The rooms are incredible. Warning that you may want to take the bed and pillows home with you - unbelievably soft and comfortable.
