Fabulous hotel. Elected to have the hotel limo pick us up from the airport and was whisked through customs and immigration quickly. Check in was in our room after a long flight avoiding the hassle of waiting in the lobby. Staff were attentive and helpful. Has the best pool in all of Hong Kong and a 24hr gym with great views of the harbour. Located next to a very pricey shopping mall, this hotel has everything. couldnt fault it.

Stunning. A stay at one of the best hotels in the world at the top of its game. Flawless from start (pick-up at the airport gate) to finish (drop-off at Cathay check-in). Loved the in-room check-in, the welcoming Chinese tea, the club lounge and the fantastic staff there, the views of the harbour from the room and lounge, the pools and pool boys and the little treats that were brought round, and the spa. We just had a deluxe room but it was very large and more than adequate. Requesting a limo back to the airport was a great idea - the taxi queue outside at the time (11pm) was huge and we had a lot of luggage so the Airport Express was not an easy option.

The kind of hotel that you need to give attitude to put the staff in their place. Bad service all around, the staff actually think the guest needs to accept their bad attitude. Like training dogs, if you do not have a choker on them, they jump all over you.

Lord knows they are fed gunpowder in the staff canteen probably.

They used to be really friendly and professional. Sad they have become like this.

Dear KKETraveller,

As you can imagine, I am extremely concern to read your overwhelmingly poor impression of the hotel and would love to learn more about your experience in detail as that is the only way we could improve moving forward.

It seems there were issues involving staff from your interactions with them and we hope to investigate as we are very concerned. We would welcome the chance to discuss your feedback should you wish to call us on 3196-8003 or email us at generalmanager.hkg@fourseasons.com

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments.

Sincerely,

Quinton Lu

Super hotel. Pricey but worth it. Must-dos include ordering the airport pickup service, getting a room with harbour view, relaxing at pool at sunset and enjoying the free spa every day.

24 hour gym access and a wonderful 25-meter lap pool (which, unfortunately opens quite late at 6am). Caprice may be the best restaurant in Hong Kong at the moment. Definitely ask to see the cheese vault at Caprice.

Four Seasons Hong Kong is a 15-minute walk from the trendy restaurants and pubs at Lan Kwai Fong and Soho. It is within a 10-minute walk from The Central Pier, where guests can hop on a ferry to Tsim Sha Tsui and other islands. Hong Kong MTR Station is a convenient 10-minute walk through the International Finance Centre (IFC), directly linked to the hotel.

Combining rich flavors with local delicacies, the menu at the on-site restaurant boasts an ambitious selection of complex dishes for your dining pleasure. The restaurant also includes an adjoining bar and lounge area that is ideal for cocktails.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Four Seasons Hotel.

Room Tip: Prefer to get a room with harbour view

I have stayed in the Four Seasons in Hong Kong for two times - once in the regular hotel and ones before I moved to Hong Kong in the Service Appartement for about 3 months.
The rooms are big, quit modern and service is absolutely perfect.
Furthermore the Hotel is perfectly positioned, just above the IFC mall, 4 mins footwall ( through the mall ) to the Airport Express Station and Hong Kong MTR station and just about 7 mins to the MTR station of Ce tral.
All in all it was a nice stay, however it is indeed quit expensive, but you will get what you expect !
