“Excellent hotel with awesome service!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 23 November 2012

We stayed at the hotel from 5-8 Nov 12. The service staff settle us in nicely in the club lounge while they assist us with the check in administration. We need not stand around noisy recption counters to wait and witness the administration. The sight of the harbour view couplde with the comforts of the lounge eased the strains of the flight as we waited to be brought to our rooms. When we entered our room, we were welcomed by the bright and full view of the harbour available to my room, much to the pleasure of my mum. While waiting in the lounge, I engage in conversation with one of the service staff , Miss Grace on my intended travel plans and that there are some local delicacies which I would find in Hong Kong. She shared with me some places where I may be able to find some of them and offer to assist me to get the information to find my way to them.I did not take much of this conversation till I found an envelope slipped under my door which contained print out of informations that Grace had taken efforts to prepare for me .Miss Grace had actually taken the effort to come by my room after her shift work at 0030 hrs! I am extremely impressed by the efforts that she has taken. Platinum level service:)
The Hotel is well situated, head to exit N1 which will lead you to the passageway linking to the MTR station. The Hotel is within the vicinity of K11 mall and numerous eateries.
The view from the skypark at level 40 of the hotel is breathtaking!!
Will surely recommend this hotel for family stay and even for business trip.
This hotel will definitely be on my choice list when I visit Hong Kong again.

My family and i stayed here from 13th november to the 20th. the rooms were big by Hong Kong standards.
The beds were very comfy ( we had two single beds).
As for location its right near the east tsim sha tsui MTR station and is very easy to get around. Its also a block back from nathan rd. The only thing we didnt like about it was the room service we ordered a pizza which was about 168 hk dollars ( A$20) and for that you got 3 mini slices which was a rip off. We complained about it but it fell on deaths ears.
There`s two 7 11`s and a circle k down the street with some nice little places to eat as well.

We stayed at this hotel in September 2012. On arriving we were upgraded and had a harbour view. That's definitely the best option if you can possible manage to afford or upgrade to one. Hong Kong comes alive at night with people literally streaming onto the busy streets. Overall the hotel was clean although rooms are small. We didn’t eat breakfast here as the price was ridiculously high so we ate elsewhere. The only time we asked the concierge for a restaurant recommendation he directed us to one round the corner where the menus were literally ripped out of our hands. Don't forget to visit the markets in the evening and the Peak is amazing as is the Big Budda. A trip across the harbour is a must too as Hong Kong looks awesome at night with all the multi coloured lights. One negative of this hotel is that internet is not free in the rooms so hoards of people congregate in the lobby to access the free internet there. Overall a good and reasonably priced hotel.

Room Tip: Harbour view is you can.

Absolutely enjoyed our family time here! We booked our trip thru expedia australia which included flights, hotel, round trip airport shuttle, disneyland & the big bus tour tickets for 2 adults & one child. It took and hour to reach our hotel where we were greeted by concierge who then took our bags as we entered the hotel doors to the Ground floor and were sent up the lift to the lobby where we were attended to by reception staff promptly & politely. There english is fairly good. After 5 minutes or so we again were sent up the hotel elevator which can only be accessed by hotel guest using your room key card. Our room was 2203 and i need to say that the view we had was pretty sweet! We could see the waterfront and were lucky enough to not have a tall building blocking the entire view so that was a even better start to our trip. As for the room itself it is air conditioned and trust me when i say, on the days/nights hong kong is humid its great! it was more than i had expected considering some of the reviews i had been reading on here before booking our trip.Glad i went with the majority of reviews and went with this hotel. The Room was clean, tidy and it provided more than enough space for us.The bathroom was of a good size and yes the shower cubicle could of been slightly bigger but seriously it was all good. The bed was a king size and their was more than enough room for us 2 adults and our 6 year old daughter. Yes you do need to have the desk chair pushed in to get to the window side of the room but its not a big deal! Their was plenty of coffee, tea and powdered milk sachets which were refilled every time the room was cleaned, as were the bathroom products of, shamppo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, dental kits, shaver kit, cotton buds and mending kit, emery boards and women's products. They have a in built safe inside the ward drobe & plenty of room to hang clothing items, iron & ironing board, robes and slippers, plus a in house laundry bag, torch & a umbrella.Their is 3 top draws plus a larger bottom draw to store clothing as well as extra draws over by the desk.Every day you had your 2 free bottles of water replaced and housekeeping would usually try to clean rooms around breakfast time and would slip a card under your door if you had the do not disturb sign on door handle, so it meant if you stayed in your room to late in the afternoon or whatever you could easily just dial ext 16 and they would send someone up to clean your room, we did this a a couple of times and would call housekeeping before we left the hotel for a hour or so.They were really great and did a fantastic job.On the 40th floor is the sky terrace and the views are stunning! you can smoke up their and seating is comfortable. The food at the cafe express located on the lobby floor was great! No complaints from us, as we ate their for buffet breakfast twice. it was not included in our room rate and it cost us $198 hk per adult and i think about $125 hk per child but when we checked out we were given a partial discount off our meals for paying hotel room guest which was very nice. The dining area was fantastic and it matched the food! The had fresh fruit, yogurts, 3 kinds of cereals, 6 different kinds of pastrys and white or brown bread for toasts, scrambled eggs, bacon, potato bites, sausage, grilled tomatos, baked beans and so on. oatmeal (porridge) was just as good as mine! they have a version of a chinese breakfast with congee and dim sums etc. A cup of coffee or tea was poured shortly after your seated and their is plenty of extra milk and so forth up at the breakfast station, just ask the staff to pour you more as they pass by. Overall The staff and service was absolutely fantastic right from the opening of doors and elevators, to the polite concierge, parking attendents and housekeeping staff to the fast and helpful service of the food & front desk crew.Thank you all so much for the impressive and friendly service you showed my family and i, we will be returning for a shopping trip and will gladly be staying with your hotel again. You guys rock!
P.s yes the street the hotel is on is a bit shabby, but it is safe, and to be honest alot of the side streets off nathan road are a bit shabby so seriously just get on with it.The 7 eleven is right their, turn right out of hotel and bam its their, water bottles is like $ 6 to $10 hk dollars (.80 cents to $1.25 aus), laundry right across from hotel is about $ 50 hk for 4 to 5 kgs & its a 2 hour turn around time, theirs a supermarket down the escalators of the K11 Mall not far from the Tst (Tsim Sha Tsui Mtr subway) which is located to your left after leaving hotel. theirs a couple of bars to the right of hotel the cali cali and so forth & across from the hotel the 2nd or 3rd restaurant sell some yummy wontons dor $ 25 hk dollars. If you ever forget the way to the hotel the address is on the back of key room card and if your out further than you think from hotel then just go on the train and no matter where you are find your way to the purple train line & then get off at East Tsim Sha Tsui Mtr Station & Exit at N1 and bam your there! Most public toilets are clean as can be as they always have attendants about, but take some wipes with you especialy if you are gonna take the ferry as the central per toilets dont have any.

Room Tip: We had a superior gold room on the 22nd floor, room 2203 and it was great for views, but to be hones...

We stayed at Hotel Panorama by Rhombus and we just love it. Great staff. We stayed on the 28th floor "Club Harbour View Room" and the views were magnificent.
The room is quiet good, very clean, and no bad cigarrete smells.
Check-in was kind and helpful, overall great staff.
We enjoyed a breakfast every morning. Has a wide range of Asian and Western food. Centrally located, I would definately recommended this hotel and I wouls stay there again.

Room Tip: Club Harbour View Room we would definitly recommended this option.

Great hotel if in Hong Kong for a quick visit. Location is perfect. Just seconds away from the MTR, Nathan Rd and 10 minutes walk to the shopping centres.
Rooms are comfortable (good pillows) and clean although the bathroom is a little small and dated.
Would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time to HK, but not the first time for friends and family who accompanied me.
I've stayed in a few Asian hotels, club rooms mostly in some fairly decent up market hotels. Knowing the size of such rooms beforehand prepared me for what I might expect, that being - a neat but compact fit.
This was also the first time i'd taken a step down from a club room and went for a gold room, it's one beneath a club package and one above a basic silver package, but since I was staying 9 days I had to make the stretch the finances to make ends meet.

The size of a gold room is very respectable, queen size bed, 2 seater lounge with harbour view on the 26th floor, I never once heard street noise. A choice of a bath tub with shower or a traditional shower nestled into the opposing corner of the bathroom. Great mini bar selection. There was a distinct lack of TV channels for those restless nights after partying and WiFi or wired Internet is not free. Breakfast was not included in my package and we never ate at the hotel once so I can't comment on the dinning or room service.
The skyline views of the 40th floor is a must see for a wind swept view of the bay and the lights.
Oh they do have a bar called AXA but it's terribly over priced considering that Hart Avenue is loaded with more bars and clubs than you can shake a stick at

We decided to stay in TST Kowloon as opposed to Causeway Bay which had been my original plan and i'm so glad we decided on Kowloon. For a business hotel the Hotel Panorama fits the bill nicely, great staff, close access to MTR and Nathan Rd, plus nightlife and dinning right at your door. TST is a clicky district, there's plenty do and it's non-stop all the time. The hotel serving as our base between excursions after many wild nights.

Would I stay there again? Of course. There is valuable for money here folks. Very clean, very good service from all of the staff. They accommodated us beyond our stay as we were a late flight on the evening of check-out.

Oh sure you could pay more and stay and the Hyatt Regency just around the corner, but for a lot less and at a decent room rate I think you'd find this hotel hard to beat.

Room Tip: There's nothing wrong with a Gold room, mine was a suite of some kind, my friends alos had a gol...
