If you like a high end boutique hotel in a perfect location look no further. First time to Hong Kong and certainly won't be my last. Anything you need the staff will deliver promptly. I had a very full meeting schedule in various cities that required planes, trains, and automobiles all of which the staff assisted in scheduling.

We traveled here for a four day Shopping, Eating and Drinking festival before heading to China on business. For us there was and will not be any alternative hotel on Hong Kong. Fro. Check in to check out you the professional and attentive staf make you feel like you belong there....and nothing is too much.

Rooms are best in class - we stayed in a deluxe suite. The beds, pillow selection, room layout, three plasmas, the bathroom and the amenities were the BEST.

Location-wise, this hotel is perfect on the island of HK....right next to the best restaurant areas (Dragon-I is a must) and shopping districts.

Room Tip: Rely on John the concierge's advice.

Really not much more to say. Absolutely everything was brilliant. Staff are amazing - we had a 6 month old baby with us and they really went out of our way to help us with him.

Facilities are amazing - especially the spa.

This was our 5th visit and I very much hope we will be back soon.

I love Hong Kong's Landmark Mandarin Oriental. It is expensive and worth it. Superbly stylish decor, fabulous rooms, attentive staff and a charming, boutique feel. The Mo bar is fun, the restaurant faultless and the spa looks great. I really find it hard to be critical when a hotel scores so well on every point. A special thank yopu to the staff, who seem to have written the book on getting it right in the Hotel business.

I stayed in a Premier room which was an amazing experience. Very spacious in a mini apartment feel, with the much written about giant bathroom, the separate lounge area to the bedroom. I have a feeling that if you are going to stay here in a smaller room, it may be a bit of an average experience.

What I loved about this place?
- the unique giant bathroom with the spa
- fantastic service throughout the hotel (from being escorted to your room and offered chinese team, to being brought up a snack on your first day upon arrival, to the concierge being able to book anything for you)
- location is very convenient, especially for those working in IFC and for those stumbling home after a big night in LKF
- the awesome sound system throughout the room which you can easily dock your ipod into
- the indoor pool that no one else seems to use

What I didn't like:
- there is no view and in fact, you often look right into a wall or office block
- I thought the breakfast place downstairs was 'ok' but nothing special. Service there was a bit average.
- I couldn't get EPL on the TV!

Very good service and extraordinarily courteous staff

Enjoyed my stay and the rooms are comfortable

Hotel expensive slightly but you get more than you pay for by way of pampering.

This is a must, especially if you are on a HK trip

we can only add to the kudos already attributed to the LMO in previous reviews....this is a marvelous place to stay in a marvelous city. the room's amenities, the friendly attentive service at every turn, the excellent buffet breakfast at the Mo Bar all contributed memorable experiences to our recent trip. .....truly a reason to hurry back to Hong Kong!
