Our stay at HK Disneyland hotel was amazing, we arrived early in the morning so we could go to the park before check in, the staff put our luggage into holding for no additional cost, check in isn't until 3pm.

Upon check in we receive a free upgrade to a king suite which exceeded our expectations, the room was amazing!!! the room was really big the best part was the large marble bathroom and shower, there were Disney robes and slippers in the wardrobe
They constantly showed Disney cartoons on the TV which I really enjoyed. When you turned the TV on it greeted you with welcome Mr *** enjoy your stay at Disneyland Hong Kong.
When you check in they will offer you breakfast with the characters in the Enchanted Garden or breakfast in the café we did the breakfast in Enchanted Garden which is gorgeous cost about $70 AUD per person all you can eat and take photos with Micky, Mini, Pluto and Goofy (no Disney princesses ) the food was really nice but overpriced and no princesses.

The pool is pretty cool and even has a small slide, the indoor pool is very fancy and feels Victorian day spa

Check out the Micky mouse café they the food is really nice I had the afternoon tea which had consisted of 1 scone, macaroon, chocolate cup, 3 finger sandwiches and entrée with tea
All for $30 AUD pretty cheap for an afternoon tea and tasted amazing!

Only bad thing about the hotel is the late check in at 3 pm and the early check out at 11 am.
And you can only order room service until 11 pm at night

Pros : (+)

+ Excellent prestige European Disney decoration
+ The staff have a good attitude and English overall
+ Frequent free and comfy shuttle bus
+ Free WiFi
+ The food was nice in overall restaurant ( enchanted garden & waltz cafe)

Cons : (-)

- Enchanted Garden little bit too pricey considering limited time of each session and the quality of the food, the food was nice but not outstanding
- Enchanted Garden - the characters were only 3, i was told 5. They did not mingle in all area evenly
- Enchanted Garden - Pluto and Goofy attitude were good, the manager lady very good attitude but for Mickey Mouse Character, please tell the guy in the costume, if he did not prepare to be a Disney character please don't, he was rejecting the 2nd shot of taking picture while the 1st one was only 10 seconds ( because my son was in the toilet he did not had a chance to took a picture with mickey ), luckily one of the waitress said something to mickey so he finally took the 2nd shot
- The WiFi should cover the balcony on the 3rd floor and maybe in other areas of outdoors

Conclusion and Suggestions:

For HongKong standard the service was excellent but If comparing to international standard can still improve more smiles and greetings. for most of the people were very good and Waltz cafe have the best personnel among all corner.

My first stay at a Disney property and I am now looking to go back !!

My friend and I went to this Disney property for some fun time away ... we were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff when we both arrived.

We stayed in a Deluxe Seaview room, and we had 2 large double beds, and a huge bathroom & a lovely balcony to relax on. The Disney detail within the room was also fantastic, from the Disney toiletries, to the Snow White detailing around the mirror, everything was perfect.

Eating at the Enchanted Garden with the Characters was an experience on it's own, and just made our stay they extra bit special. The buffet food, was amazing, and the extra fun of having Mickey waffles was really fun.
Also highly recommend eating at the Crystal Lotus restaurant for some fantastic chinese food.

The giant pool with fun water slide was a fantastic place to hang out, after a hot (fun) day at Disneyland and enjoy cocktails.

We had a magical experience and can't wait to return.

Room Tip: Seaview rooms with Balcony - beautiful large room with a really relaxing view of the sea.

We stayed 2 nights in the kingdom club rooms, the rooms were excellent and as the rooms were on level 7 away from the crowds.
Check in was comfortably done in the club lounge sitting at a desk.
It did look pretty busy at the main reception area. The hotel is pricey but the family loved every minute of it, not so sure on HK disneyland park though.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel, and it's great especially if you get a nicer room.
My main grouse would be that the rooms are so darn expensive!
We got upgraded to a corner room (which I suspect was a Fantasia room) which was a lot bigger and had a wonderful bathroom that reminded me of a spa. I also love the little touches, like a child size bathrobe and bedroom slippers, and the step stool for my child to reach the sink.
The last time we stayed here in November it seemed a lot more crowded and the check-in experience wasn't great. This time, however, there were a lot less people and the check-in seemed a lot more fuss-free.

The staff were generally friendly and I love the hotel decor. It's Disneyland after all, and I thought the hotel added to the whole magical experience. Room service was decent, although I did wonder why they had to knock loudly on our door to collect the trolley when they'd already told us to leave it outside when we were done. I also appreciated the express check-out service that was offered to me without me even asking, it definitely saved us a lot of time. Overall, I would definitely come back to this hotel!

We've been staying on this hotel couple of times, and it still remains one of the best hotel we have ever stayed, the ambience is very family friendly. the view is superb, the interior with the grand piano near the entrance lobby, with the beauty and the beast chandelier on top of you are simply beautiful. if you are a Disney big fans you definitely need to spend some time in this hotel, and if time allowed you could spare a day or two exploring the hotel, jogging on their nice jogging track near the beach front, nice stroll in their Alice of wonderland labyrinth garden. You could also swim with Goofy in his swimming attires at summertime in the outdoor pool. Don't miss the breakfast with character as well, they are separate from the hotel room package and you need to book them as soon as you check in as so many people are eager to bring their kids to meet their favourite Disney children heroes. The room itself never cease to amaze me, they are like Victorian style but in a more Disney touch, and talking about the room wherever your room view are facing you will see all the beautiful sceneries whether they are the garden view or the ocean view. The air around here is also clear and fresh compare to the hectic HK island's air. A fave place to spend especially if you bring children, or you are so much into Disney! And for the food if you want to have some budget friendly food we could take the trip to Tung Chung station and get all the food you want from the many selections of foodstall there at the mall.
