It was luxury! I felt that I was in a pretty little town because it has such an attractive lobby! Checking in was fast. The room was so pretty, it was unbelievable! Especially the bathrooms - you'd want to sleep in there! Room service was extremely fast. Hotel restaurant offered a wide array of food! There's just so much to do in the hotel! It's really a five star hotel!

Stayed at Disneyland Hotel on the way back from Sydney, and had a great time.

We have stayed in Disney properties in Orlando, Anheim and Paris and this hotel rates well along side them.

It is a new hotel and as such in excellent condition.

We had a sea-view room (not sure whether the upgrade is worth it though?) and it was excellent. Two large beds and a lovely bathroom. Great complimentary toiletries set with a Snow White theme.

We ate at the hotel a number of times and the food was excellent. We had a character breakfast and dinner and both were great. The dinner buffet was superb with an amazing choice of food.

One thing we did notice with this hotel (and the resort in general) was the staffs great willingness to take photographs for you. You never have to ask for a photo to be taken for you when the characters are around

A great hotel and when we visit HK again we will spend more time here

Initially booked 2 rooms @ Hollywood hotel. Didn't like the noisy & defening atmosphere there so transferred to Disneyland Hotel. Had a look @ Kingdom Club Suite with a connecting Kingdom Club room. That suited us as we had 4 children. Stayed 4 nights there.

Huge rooms with gigantic bathrooms. Tons of wardrobe space. Ideal for us as we had spent 6 nights in a Kowloon hotel. Kingdom Club lounge was a mixed spread of mini buffet, lots of wine & drinks plus a nice table full of kiddy confectionary. We all enjoyed the splendor of this hotel & nice indoor, outdoor pools & jacuzzi.

Enchanted Gardens had a huge international buffet, ideal for kids as disney characters made their rounds. The spa was run professionally.

This is the best hotel in which my husband and I have ever stayed. Everything was beautiful, clean, and top quality. My husband, two children, ages 3 and 5, and I stayed in an average room for three with a view of the water and the gardens. There were a lot of little details in the room that make a big difference. There were two adult robes and slippers as well as one child robe and slippers. There was a step stool in the bathroom, complimentary water and milk in the fridge, and a very nice amenity kit. The bed was very, very comfortable and the room-darkening curtains were exactly that. They were perfect. No light came through at all - very nice if you have children who need to nap in the middle of the day.

The grounds were immaculate and so gorgeous. The restaurant food was pretty good. The service was always impeccable. On top of all that the price was amazing!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Our family stayed for 3 nights at standard room(inside kingsize bed, sofa bed, jacuzzy, flat tv,coffe tea maker---heavenly) at 31 may till 3 june 2007.We want to celebrate our daughter 6 birthday so we arrage some birthday cake & goofy character assist us to blow up tha candles, singging (the cast & goofy very lame and not enthusiastic---decepointed). The serviced is standard. The hotel is valued for money, even though expensive but many advantages such as room is cozy, buffet breakfast all high quality and tasty including the character, shuttle bus to the park, many info that we need-weather forecast, the park agenda, and if we buy stuff at the park they will send them to the hotel --free of charge!

An absolutely amazing hotel for all ages. Everything about this hotel is five star with a little bit more on top. The presentation is immaculate inside and out. I feel that the otside presentation is better than the USA Disneyland hotel. Would highly recommend this venue to those wishing to do the Disneyland thing. If using this venue as a touch base for other places in Hong Kong, you might find it a bit out of the way.
