Pretty decent hotel with nice views of the harbor. No real complaints about the hotel itself. The culture of the people struck me as odd, but that had nothing to do with the hotel or it's staff. Language barrier was an obstacle at times, but if it came up, the staff always found someone who spoke English pretty well. Would stay again if I ever had to return to HK. Get a room on higher floors as the views are pretty stunning.

Room Tip: Higher floors have some pretty spectacular views.

Room has 3 doors..... one connecting, one the main door, one is stockroom or engineering whatnot room....... I had room 1201 ......... Best not to get rooms ending in 01 from the ground floor to the 40th floor as I am not sure if all floors have this kind of room.....

Food at the 9th floor is great, but the tall male chef cooking at the Egg station was GROUCHY. You will feel unwelcome. He was banging plates down the tabletop. Made me want to bang something back...... =P

Haven't finished eating yet, but the ladies in black suits at the 9th floor coffee shop are in a hurry to get your plates, even if there is still a lot of food on it........ One can't help but feel that they are rushing us...... Since we came as part of a big group.

The rooms are okay. Rooms are spacious than most hongkong hotels. Bathroom okay and not cramped. Sliding wooden door of the bathroom was sometimes a bit of a struggle to close. The bathtub was small. The shower curtain kept sticking to you as you bathe......

The lobby was big, bell service not accommodating when you ask them questions. Few seats for a big hotel in the lobby. Often no place to sit. They should have a lounge or function room for big group check ins.

The convenient malls beside it is a big plus for this hotel. Walk anywhere to the MTR and getting taxis near. The big ground level garage for buses are a plus. They had anticipated big buses bringing in business, and have ample room for buses to park. Easy to get taxi from the lobby of hotel.

My feet and back were aching, so I asked the operator if there was a massage service in the hotel. The female operator laughed at me while saying there was no massage service in the hotel. I would appreciate it if they don't laugh next time as it was an honest question. No hanky panky in the kind of massage I was asking for. The shopping and constant walking around in hk made my back and feet hurt. Good thing there was a decent massage service at the Nina Tower, 3rd floor.

The Front Desk people were the saving grace of this hotel. They were all nice and pleasant to talk to, as they should be since they are in the service industry. I didn't see or meet my room attendant who cleaned my room. I must say he/she always does a good job of cleaning my room. Whoever you are, thank you.

Try to get a room FAR from the elevators. People have a tendency to laugh or talk loudly while waiting for the lift. Midnight means nothing to some people. =(

The elevators !!!! Really great that they have so many, and well thought-out that they split two towers and two elevator sets, 6 elevators for guests on each tower...... Really very convenient. Many people can fit in one elevator...... This is a strong point for the hotel.

The food is okay. Buffet is good with variety.

Maybe wifi on the rooms should be installed? I don't mind paying the extra charges just so I can have wifi in the room. But it was very inconvenient to have to transfer to a room with wifi once we were checked in. Any modern hotel, a convention hotel at that, should have wifi in all its rooms.

These are my actual experiences in this hotel. Impartial, honest and just an opinion. It is still worth trying if you are a traveller looking for a decent hotel.

There is a long wait sometimes for the elevators on the 41st floor where you have to change elevators.

Room Tip: Better request the wifi room ahead of time...... and not in the corner of the hotel with a room number ending in -01.... =)

Usually we went to Hong Kong will expect small room. However, thia room is spacious and high floor. We stay at 56th floor and quite comfortable room. Its indeed a spectacular view, the bathroom is good. Our little problem is our door has damaged, without the card key, the door can b open. U need to check again and again, make sure eveything is ok

We had a fantastic view from our room on the 52nd floor. Room was rather spacious and clean. That was the good part.

However:

1. No free wifi in rooms
- Forced to pay 120 HK Dollars per day to enjoy free wifi in room
- Free wifi in lobby but it is catastrophically overused and almost impossible to get connected
2. Terrible service from the Concierge
- Refused to help call for a taxi, told us to flag for one ourselves
- Generally unhelpful in providing help or information about HK, occasionally condescending
- However, front desk staff and room maintenance staff were friendly and helpful
3. Hotel was stingy with providing complimentary stuff
- When we asked for ice to ice an injury sustained, they were very strict about upholding their "one free cup of ice per room, per night" policy
4. Room did not have a mirror, which is a basic feature of any room
5. Immensely troublesome to make our way to and fro our rooms and the lobby
- Often took more than 5 minutes to make our way up or down - hotel was extremely overbooked, beyond what the lifts were equipped to handle, and guests staying above the 41st floor had to change lifts to get to their rooms
- Many tour groups were housed in this hotel throughout our stay, clogging the lifts and the lobby, making the lobby seem less like a hotel lobby and more like the Tiananmen Square or wet market; some guests using the same lifts as these tour groups had to queue up for more than half an hour to get to their rooms during peak periods

Overall, it was a terrible experience and it is unlikely we would come back to this hotel. We would caution guests from staying at this hotel.

Room Tip: Try not to book L'Hotel Nina Et Convention Centre. If you really want to, make sure you stay away from the floors which the tour groups occupy.

Very good value for a room in Hong Kong, probably because of its location in Tsuen Wan.Huge room where 4 persons can sleep comfortably.Probably can only get a room 1/3 its size in TST or HK island at this price.
House keeping should pay attention to area under the bath tub..it was very dusty and even had strands of hair under it.Quite difficult to get the lift down in the mornings when all the China tour groups go down to the lobby for check-out/day tours.
Very accessible to MTR/airport buses and many cha chan teng/local community shops around.
Will stay here the next time I visit HK.Stay further from the happenings area but get better quality sleep
