“Reasonably priced”

Reasonably priced small hotel located in Tsim Sha Tsui. Location is good, with dozens of restaurants and convenient stores nearby and easy access to the nearest MRT station and Tsim Sha Tsui shopping area. For the price you're paying, don't expect too much. Although the room is small, it's actually pretty clean and comfortable. All in all, good value for money!

Room is super tiny and mattress is uncomfortable. Internet is slowwww. but location is convenient, few blocks to MTR. Very Very Very hard to find even taxi driver didn't know this address. Front desk don't speak English (surprised that this is HK!)

I stayed at Acesite Knutsford Hotel at at Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong for 4 days. It is located centrally, up on a slope, opposite Hillview Stanford Hotel. Nearby you find the Imperial Hotel where the Airport Limousine bus stop is located. It is a really very small hotel with tiny rooms. But it is clean and acceptable if you are in Hong Kong alone or with just one person for just a few days, and are back only to sleep. It cost me about SGD100 per nite at that time. The toilet /shower is clean. No view outside window. But the bed was hard and pillow thin. There is a small lobby area to sit and relax. A short walk downhill will bring you to the central and heart if Tsim Sha Tsui where all the shoppings are and mrt station. The location is good but only if you are on a tight budget. Staffs speak some English and quite helpful. A lot of restaurants, convenience stores and eateries in the area. And only if you are not fussy about tiny rooms. But if you do not like tiny rooms, this hotel is not for you. Acceptable for singe travelers on a tight budget.

I stumbled upon this hotel - apparently a 3-star - because no other was available in the TST area. My advise- have no expectations. And so I didn't have any and was somewhat pleased with the experience. The room is small but amenities are adequate. There was a refrigerator, hair dryer, and bathroom amenities. The TV had English channels such as BBC, Discovery, National Geographic but only one English movie channel.
There are plenty of restaurants in the area, such as an Irish pub, Japanese restaurants, and plenty of Korean eateries. There's also a supermarket (Wellcome) which is relatively adequate (it has thrice o even more options than the nearby 7-11.
The only drawback is that it sits on a hill so you have to deal with the steep street going up and coming down. It is not too welcoming esp if you've done quite a bit of walking prior to coming to this hotel.
It is nevertheless near the shops in TST, parks, a Catholic church, and many other sights. And surprisingly, in a relatively quiet neighborhood.
The pool is outdoor so I suppose that would be a plus in the summer, unlike this time of the year that I made it here.

We stayed at this hotel for one night during a mini break in Hong Kong. Location is excellent, although hotel is on a steep hill which may cause issues for some travellers. The room was small but clean and good facilities. Only small pillows and a duvet that wasn't quite big enough for two but we were so tired from walking around we slept really well. Room was very quiet. There was some renovation work going on but that didn't affect us, and the pool was closed but we wouldn't have had time to use it anyway.
Overall, good hotel for a short stay, room is a bit small and not enough facilities to stay more than a few days.

Well located in Tsim Sha Tsui area - but overall is average all round. Needs renovating & titivating. Small room, worn floor coverings, bland common areas. Walls seemed damp? Reception is uninviting. Not too expensive but not too flash either. Hotel in need of overhaul.

Room Tip: Acceptable location, area & pricing - but does not make for a memorable visit.

This hotel is one of the worst I've stayed in. It was definitely the hardest bed I've ever slept on.it was like sleeping on the floor. Luckily we only booked for a one night stopover. We normally stay in 2 or 3 sear accommodation and have simple requirements but this place was definitely below standard. The Room was quite clean but very shabby with worn carpet and very tired decor. The rooms are sadly in need of improvements in decor. We were upgraded to a larger room so it was quite spacious but it was generally pretty dodgey. The bathroom was quite nice and a good size. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was good. Unfortunately the last straw for us was when the fire alarm went off at 3am but it was only a malfunction. It continued ringing for about 20 minutes and so after evacuating downstairs we were sent back to our rooms with the alarm still ringing. All up it was not a very restful night I would not stay here again unless I had no other option.
