Hotel confortable, tout a fait dans la categorie Marriott, ni plus ni moins.
L'emplacement est assez pratique, bien que pas tout a fait central.
Excellent rapport qualite-prix.
Nice hotel, Courtyard category level: clean, confortable without fuss.
Good location even though the hotel is not right in the centre and not so close to a MTR station.
Very good value for money. Would definitely stay there if I were to come back to HKG

Room Tip: I had a Harbor view room but was not so impressed. There is a highway between the hotel and the harb...

We love this hotel, the room is so clean and modern...the staff is so friendly... Great free shuttle to different parts of the city. No complaints. Tonight is our last night here and we hope to return.

Smaller rooms that are well appointed but some will over look the harbor and the ships which is beautiful. Look out at Kowloon across the water at night is beautiful. Not big on luxuries but good for business and lower priced options.

Room Tip: Ask for room overlooking the harbor and Kowloon.

Our family just had our second stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong, and it was a fantastic four nights. The price is reasonable, it is in a great residential neighborhood with lots of restaurants, and it is an easy walk or tram ride from downtown. I know that other posters have pooh-poohed the location, but we love it. It is nice to come "home" from the hustle and bustle of downtown to such a great area. For those with small children (like us), it is also a five minute walk from Sun Yat-Sen Park, which has a lovely playground overlooking the harbor.

Our room was great, overlooking the harbor and very clean and comfortable. However, what really makes this place special is the service. Every staff member did their best to provide a great experience. Breakfast is worth mentioning, just because it is so good. Hong Kong milk tea, to-die-for eggs benedict, char siu, fresh squeezed fruit juice...

Courtyard by Marriott, we love you! We will definitely be back.

As already mentioned by many reviewers, this is not in a good location in Hong Kong island, but as long as you get familiar on how to use the public transportation or their shuttle bus plus make sure you always had a taxi card with you when taking a taxi it should be fine. There is not much outside the hotel as this is a very local area, so you only have a 7 Eleven, Circle K convenience stores and a Starbucks very close, but no other western restaurants.

Room is small but well appointed. Internet works fine in the room, at least with the LAN cable and my room A/C also worked well. Breakfast in 2nd floor is acceptable with good selection for this kind of property, however the executive lounge is quite poor in their selection, especially for food, so I don´t think it is worth to pay the extra, as you can use the difference to get a proper wine and snacks somewhere else.

Not the best hotel option in this part of town considering that their rates are quite step.

Just checked out yesterday after a one-night stay. This hotel is removed from Central, and while it's not super conveniently located vs. the typical attractions, it's close to the mouth of the highway (makes going to the airport easy) and if you don't mind walking, is a nice stroll from the more popular areas.

Another thing going for this place is the proximity to "local"-type restaurants and shops, which you'd be hard pressed to find in Central. All that being said, the two biggest impressions I had were:

1. This is possibly the most stylish Courtyard I've ever seen. I can see why they decided to raise the category to 6. It felt more like a boutique hotel.

2. The rooms are tiny. We had two standard rooms, and there was basically enough room for a bed, and space to walk around it.

In terms of sleep quality, the bed is on the firmer side, but not hard, so it's comfortable. Shower pressure was decent, and the toiletries provided were good. The one problem we had with the shower was that it was overly sensitive to the dial turns, so it was hard to get just the right temperature. There was a problem with the AC in one of the rooms, so it required a technician coming up to fix it.

Overall, this was a decent stay, but I'd rather stay in TST next time.
