Sen-Ryo Taikoo is part of a chain of Sushi Bars around Hong Kong. You could do worse, but you could also do much better. All restaurants were full with lines and this was the one that we could get into fastest, our choice was based on getting food, not waiting in a queue of 60 people. We waited about 25 minutes for a seat and then started. The sushi was good, fresh, well presented although didn't much cater for foreign tourists (unless they spoke Chinese). When we asked about something on the table counter the couple next to us took delight in giving us wrong information and laughing at us getting our green tea powder all over the place on their instructions, but we are glad we could be a source of enjoyment in their dreary lives, whatever jerks your chain dudes. Service was not extraordinary but functional, price was a little steep for the quality of food delivered but was ok considering how expensive Hong Kong can be. We would go again.
