I think it's been said many times over already, but if you're there, order the roast goose & century eggs, they are on another league of Cantonese cuisine. Sure it's pricier than your average HK restaurant, but it is justified by the quality of ingredients and cooking. Went with a group of 6 and spent about $150 ordering those dishes and some others so it's not that bad. Would come again, but in a group.
