From the beginning to the end, it's like a beautiful symphony (with opening, movements & endings) perfectly executed. Loved the new summer brunch selections, perfectly for the hot and humid summer days in Hong Kong. Fresh seasonable vegetables with dip, and 3 different cold consommes (like the beef shoulder one the best). Among the main course, the French chicken leg was out of the world with intense flavor, and it was presented in a way you could never imaged (check out the attached picture). Here comes my favorite, cheese plate; and had 16 types of the best cheeses from France this time. Some of which are so rare that you cannot find on your own. Of couse, the service is always the best of the bests! Already book a table for next month.
