we arrived at 12pm when it opened and so were the first customers in the restaurant. no on was at the front door and we had to call someone's attention inside.
we ordered drinks - 2 cokes and 2 oj - which took a bit of time to come. actually after the appetizers and first dish arrived.
we ordered 2 bowls of rice - we needed to follow up since it seemed to have been forgotten.
the chicken bbq was ave, have tasted better elsewehere. the beef stew though was so soft and tender and just the right amount of sweetness.
service was inconsistent - one waitress was attentive and efficient but most were surly. don't know if that's how they really are or are taking their cue from the manager.
a bit expensive for casual dining - 4 people with 3 dishes and drinks HK$ 1,000
