Stayed one night only.
Well, first of all, the google maps somehow wrongly located this hotel.
I got lost, devastated, frustating the taxi driver, just due to following the printed maps from google.
This hotel is very very easy to find! You just have to turn left after Mayapada Bank tower, then turn left again. The hotel is right on the right side. The hotel name wasnt so clear, since it's in latin font type. Litlle bit hard to read (for me).
I booked this hotel on the morning. Not so sure at first, since my friends havent ever heard about this hotel before. So basically i just wanna try.
There's only 2 types of room: Superior (630K IDR) & Deluxe (670 IDR). The differents are, Deluxe have minibars and sofa, while Superior have balcony without minibars or sofa. So if you're not comfortable with balcony, you might wanna choose Deluxe rooms.
Reception works fast and efficient, only 10 minutes to get my card key, but a liitle smile might be much better.
My room is 151, superior single bed. It's small room for 630KIDR, but i think it's quite clean, No dust in the room, bathroom also clean, with full signal of free wifi inside the room.
There's no electric kettle nor cups inside the room, but there's stainless jug & 2 ordinary glass with water dispenser near elevator. So its fine for me.
What i like most, is that this hotel is so close with WTC II, just walking 5 minutes (get in from back-entrance), and voila! Arrived at WTC 2 ;)
Surely will recommended this hotel to my friends..

Only one post about the wailing mosque?! The extremely loud speakers were on at midnight and 4am, among other times. Impossible to sleep. Make sure you get a room opposite away from the mosque. I just changed my room hopefully it will be better tonight. And no bottled water. And they'll charge you 50k for lost key card. Not good.

Stayed 2 nights April '12. This Hotel is hidden in a back street compound which does not do the hotel justice. Although you might not want to walk around, anywhere you need to get to is a short taxi ride ($2 to $5 to major shopping malls and the museum etc). Inside the hotel the rooms are clean and a reasonable size. Rates are quite cheap for central Jakarta. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Cafe inside is good and reasonably priced. Wifi is available for free but you have to walk around the room to find a hot spot. I would have liked to have a fridge in the room as there isn't one. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would stay there again, (although I doubt I'll ever go back to Jakarta).

It's 10 minutes walk from Jl Jenderal Sudirman, so what a treat! Don't mind that it's on narrow little dark side streets, but to pay USD50 for that sort of access - what a treat! Next best is probably Max Studio One (only USD30!), but it's a 15 minute walk to Jl MH Thamrin. For both, getting a cab depends on whether its raining (forget it) or not (with some patience, one will come). Prasada has - a room safe, slightly larger room, flat screen tv, bigger bedroom, adjacent cafe and hair salon (Max Studio has none of these). Wifi has variable bandwidth (usually on the low side). On the whole, worth the premium, methinks.

This hotel is exactly right in the city center. It's hidden but the good thing is there's a transjakarta station near this hotel. But sad to say during our stay there was no wifi connection. I hope it was just a minor glitch.

Anyways we enjoyed our stay. Receptionist gave us a room with a great view of Jakarta's skyline.

I stayed here with a bunch of other colleagues. The rooms are basic, but adequate. The restaurant was a notch above decent. Most importantly, though, the price is an exceptional deal given the location. Also, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Like : Room is very clean, service is great and very friendly. Free Wi-Fi with decent speed connection.

Dislike : Rooms are very small. Breakfast is maybe need improvement for some people, they only have toast, cereal, omelette, fried rice. But for me it's enough though. Their location is quite difficult to find as noone knows their hotel name, and some even don't know their address' name. I'd suggest you said to the taxi driver that the location is behind Mayapada Tower, go straight then turn abit left on the junction.

I'd recommend for their quality of service and their cleanliness.
