This hotel is very clean and comfortable, the exterior and lobby are very impressive and our room was quite luxurious for the price we paid, with all the fittings and furniture in good condition. There was a tea and coffee maker, a bar fridge, flat screen TV with English language channels including the BBC, Australian network and Al Jazeera, and free wifi. It was quiet at night and we slept well. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our check-in and check-out was very quick.
The breakfast was better than in some five star hotels, and included every local and Western dish you could want. They also had an Indonesian jamu (herbal medicine) stall, with a jamu lady to advise you on the qualities of each product.
There is a key-swipe door which connects to a mall selling mostly IT products; it also has some money-changers offering good rates.

Used this hotel for the 3RD time. Convenient when wanting to visit the Jakarta Expo at Kemayoran. Short way to the tollway ramp from/to the airport, important if you want to avoid the notorious traffic jams.
Nothing special at this rather old hotel but it has everything you need. Rooms are a bit aging but clean and spacious. Internet is included in the room rate. Was a bit slow on my recent visit. Food is surprisingly tasty, service at restaurant and front desk was friendly and efficient.
Worth to mention is the very quiet aircon.
Bed mattress though should be replaced. Was sagging already, did not provide for a very good sleep.

I would say the hotel is quiet well-maintained and provide you with some real great service! the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, i left my phone at the desk near the main counter and when i ask one of the staff actually get the phone back to me! i was really grateful! the room was quiet good and clean, and the facilities seems to run pretty well for most part, the gym and swimming pool were satisfying and clean. But what i loved the most is the hotel breakfast (and i wouldn't want to miss a day!) there are so many varieties of food that are both western and Indonesian and all of it were great!

Arrived exhausted at midday after 24 hours of travel from London. Just 2 nights before train to Yogyakarta. Very hospitable and helpful. Superior bedroom functional and clean and excellent asian and western breakfast options. Dinner options however limited and very limited local decent warung (smallish restaurants).

Jakarta strictly a "stopover" unless on business!

Room Tip: Low, middle or upper floor the only decision needed.

Hotel is great. Great room service food and 24 hrs in room massage. V good Seafood dinner buffet and breakfast.

Location not too far from airport. In the middle of ITC Mangga (clothes/fashion) dua, Mangga dua mall (electronics/IT) and orion dusit (electronics/IT). Shopping is not as expected unless u prefer IT products. i would go for central area next time for more variety of food and shopping options. Tanah Abang has more muslim clothes with chaotic madness and crowd!
