Stayed 20 days while on a business trip. The rooms are average, but clean and cosy. The staff is polite and wants to help in every situation. I had to change room because of a faulty lock, but it took 10 key reprogramming sessions before the hotel admitted there was a problem with the lock. The Internet was bad and especially the wifi on the rooms was lousy. The buffet was boring, but had a rather good sushi bar. The club at the basement was lively with a rather good live band, and full of "girls"....
Finally the hotel spa was very good, and one 90 mins traditional Indonesian massage cost me 400,000IDR or about 40 USD.More
