A fair location hotel

Stayed at this hotel for 3nights. The crowd was quite a hit at this hotel. Guest checking in non stop but they are able to accomodate early check in at 12noon which is very pleasant. The staff are professional and there are no problems communicating with them. Did asked them for suggestions etc, they did a good job accomodating my request and preference. The lobby is huge but the seatings are lacking. Winning point for this hotel is simply due to its location nearby a huge Kasablanka Mall and Sudirman Hall.
Room was clean and everything looks spotless. The bed was comfy and the marble bathroom looks great. Shower pressure was low so that was quite a dissapointment. Other than that, the hotel gave a complimentary sodas in the minibar.
TV was very dissapointing as the signal is not strong therefore the quality are frustrating.
The hotel view overlooks cemetaries on both side. It is better to be on higher floors as you can have better view of the surrounding.

Good Breakfast, Nice and Cleaning Room and Good Services

Was stay here couple times, One of favorite hotel in Jakarta, nice and clean room, very good breakfast, location very good 3 minutes walk to Kota Kasablanka Mall, well just near from everywhere. very friendly stuff and good services.We will always coming back here when visit Jakarta.

Business in Indonesia

This was the base for my work in Indonesia. The hotel is in a great location, right next door to a large shopping mall which is great for eating out. The room was very good and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The breakfast was a good selection of food. Happy hour at the bar is also fun with the smily face sad face coin. The onsite hairdressers was very handy and at a reasonable price. All in all a good place to stay and would visit again

Perfect night

The hotel is located in the south of Jakarta, check in is handled very quickly by front desk agent, excellent room service while delivering food, the room are very neatly arranged and clean. made me and my husband feel comfortable and got the best service from this hotel. Keep it up!

Reasonable

My branch office is at 88 Casablanca and had chosen this hotel for the convenience. Turns out that it is a reasonable hotel with big and spacious rooms. Furnishing is classic like any older hotels. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast choices are plentiful and good enough to start the day.

I left a book behind at my last checkout but they could not find them when I contacted them. I would advise the management to advise their cleaners if they find any items such as books, apparels, items that are worth keeping, to pass to their lost and found and the management should contact the customers what they found and if they would like them to keep them until they meet again next time. They got us to provide email addresses and at least they can use the email for courtesy contacts.

Room tip: the odd numbers - you will get the pool view instead of the graveyard view.

Thank you very much for your comments regarding your stay the Park Lane Hotel. We really appreciate your kind words on our facilities and service, feedback has always been and will continue to be greatly important for our success.

We regret not having met your expectations on your lost item. However, we found your comment is a little bit contradicted with what actually happened, as I believed we have replied your email request immediately that we were unable to locate your note book. Not to mentioned our Front Desk associate also have alerted you on this matter upon arrival on your second visit, November the 20th.

Although you didn't find out anything was missing while you were still here and we did not have a formal complaint during your first stay (This is the reason why we did not make any contacts in the first place), We do have made a thoroughly research on your book and we have gone over all the investigation procedures once more involving our associates that cleaned your room during your period of stay being interviewed. Regretfully, the book that you have mentioned has not been found nor turned to our Lost and Found Department.

Once again thank you for sharing your concerns with us and we hope that this situation does not change your perception of our hotel and that we will be seeing you again in the future.
