Stayed for 3 days n 2 nights. Price was valuable for the hotel. Most importantly we had such a good service. Everyone practically run around to help u u feel ur surrounded by great personalityl! Internet and wifi in the room was fast ! Never found such a great connection like here . Parking space was small but you can ask the security to manage for you for free . The food ? The buffet breakfast was awesome ! Cannot wait to visit again !

the design of the hotel is awesome! the only reason i booked this hotel in the first place is because of the unique designs. room wise, it is very small compared to other hotels with the same price. comfy bed and pillows. the shower should have a door or something to prevent the water from wetting the floor of the sink area. friendly staffs is normal. the first hotel which i had to pay for a bucket of ice about 30-40rb rupiah. small parking area. the power of the electricity is a bit slow.. took 1 hr to only charge my phone for like 10%? other than that, everything is fine.

I rarely give out a 5-point rating but ARTOTEL Thamrin Jakarta is well-deserving of it. The staff are impeccable. Carrying a smile and a greet at every turn. The rooms are beautiful, hip and Instagram-ready. Hanging out at RoCA bar-resto is a treat especially the "BEERGASM" or bottomless Bintang for about IDR 150,000 which is worth it. The ambiance is lovely. Snack on the Truffle Fries! Buffet breakfast was pretty good, but ARTOTEL is so central you can walk to Sarinah Building nearby for KFC or McDonalds.
ARTOTEL is a fresh escape from the busy and overwhelming streets of Jakarta. It has the opposite feel of a boring business hotel. In a wonderful central location, it was fun to stay here and I look forward to coming back again.
Shout-out to all their staff (really, everyone we encountered during our 18-21 April 2014 stay were awesome). Especially to Adie/Aydie the handsome receptionist who helped us contact the airline call centre when our flight was cancelled.
Stay here for my business trip in Jakarta. Great Location, just steps away from Sarinah and 5 minutes to Grand Indonesia or Plaza Indonesia. Easy to find food around hotel, room was great and excellent. Breakfast is ok but need to have more variant everyday as I was stay for 5 nights and my breakfast everyday was almost the same... Overall, Great and Satisfied stay here. Definitely will back!
