Another sweet dish that I failed to like. It is supposed to be very crowded on high season due to the cooking technique. The chef cooks the dish one by one and he still uses bricket for the traditional stove. They have Dry Bakmi Jawa and Bakmi Jawa with soup. The dry one is sweet and the soupy one is lack of salt I think.
