I tried Miso-Ten's specialty, the miso ramen, and found it tasty but not spectacular. The flavor lacks depth and reminds me of instant miso soup mixes. The soup was not hot enough. The noodles were good, though, chewy and springy. The slices of chasyu were thin and sparse, despite the high price tag. I also ordered some tori karaage which was nice and juicy.
There was a problem with the exhaust system. The whole place smelled like smoke from the deep fryers and when I came out of the restaurant, my hair and clothes smelled like smoke, too. They need a much stronger exhaust system.
The staff were very attentive, though. They also have a gimmick wherein you choose a pair of colored chopsticks after you finish a bowl of ramen, with each color corresponding to a prize. Factoring this into the final bill, the noodles end up reasonably-priced since you get a chance to win a goody.
