I have been to this restaraunt many times over several years and on my recent visit the place has taken a nose dive.
Prices have gone up 20-30% from 12 months or so ago, meanwhile, there has been a definiate slide in both food quality, promptness of service (one meal took 55 mins) no internet connection even though it was connected last visit. No milkshakes available due to a "Broken" machine.
Our group mostly went elsewhere where in the past we would have had most meals here. There seems to be a definate drop in service and management availability.
The staff serving did try there best but for the most part seem hamstrung by little support from management.
