In planning to stay in El Nido, reserving accommodations can be challenging, mostly due to the time difference. But, that wasn't an issue for Rudy or Anne. After researching places to stay in El Nido, View Deck was the fastest to respond. Anne was on top of every question needed answering. I admit, I was very skeptical to give money to someone or someplace I had never spoken to or heard of. But rest assure, View Deck is highly trustworthy.
Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by Rudy (or Samson). He took us to our room, and was kindly greeted with 2 coconut shells filled with its milk. Perfect way to finally reach an unfamiliar destination. My husband and I enjoyed our beverage and admired the most spectacular view in El Nido.
That evening, Rudy made us a delicious, hearty dinner (which came with the package). If there is ever a package deal for island hopping, go for it, it's worth not having to think about things to do when you're there. Coffee, followed by breakfast in the morning. Island hopping and prepared lunch in the afternoon. Then relax and take in your whole day excursion, during dinner and watch the sunset, all at the View Deck. In staying at the View Deck, you have to admire serenity, quietness, and of course, the view.
Don't be intimidated by the stairs, my husband and I enjoyed it as part of our daily workout. And yes, the shower is right above the toilet, strange some people may think. But, it's not like you're going to spend days and nights in the bathroom. Do what you gotta do, then go out and enjoy El Nido.
Rudy, along with Robinson and Henry, were a huge reason why we would go back to El Nido to stay at View Deck. Hospitality goes a long way.
