Clean, relaxing ambiance, great accommodation, cool breeze air, nice service, great and sooo clean delicious food.we cant forget the place. Its a different place among all accommodations there. Safe also.the first time we were there, everything was so clean. The place was great. We wanted to stroll around town but we are enchanted by its beautiful scenery. It will never be the same in another country. The first and only place that I can say paradise.

Nice, clean hut with comfortable bed. Hot shower. Lovely welcome drink and yummy breakfast - we only had breakfast on our last morning as we were turned off by the price but we should have had it every morning as it was so good. The room maybe a bit pricey considering the out of town location. You have to get a tricycle into town for everything including the boat trips. Staff were lovely.

Hi, thank you for your comments and glad that you enjoyed our hospitality.. we would just like to say that you can't get a breakfast anything like ours in El Nido any cheaper or better quality...Also our price is mid range and good value for El Nido, there are cheaper rooms but not good quality, no tv etc,.we also run a generator during power cuts which is expensive. The town is only 5 mins away by tricycle and we call one for you at any time of day...

We spent five nights at treetops over new year, and loved our time there. The two main cottages are great, although a glass window into the bathroom may put off some. The bed was comfortable and there is 24hr electricity (unusual for El Nido).

Breakfasts are incredible feasts, and nothing is too much trouble for Rachel and her team who are happy to arrange just about anything - dinner, transport, snorkelling trips, laundry etc as well as being ever friendly!

If you want to be in the action of el Nido this probably isn't the place but if you want to wind down, stay here!

Fantastic friendly service and 10/10 for peace and atmosphere. If this is what you are looking for, this one is for you. Too far to walk from the township of el nido, so take that into consideration when booking. Staff could not have made us more welcomed

Room Tip: Both cottages equal

I stayed at Treetops for 2 nights in June 2013. I was so happy with my experience here and I definitely plan to stay here again whenever I go back! There are 2 cottages side by side. Each cottage has it's own entrance, patio, and bathroom. Each cottage fits 2 people on a full size bed. There is no A/C but there are plenty of fans and it didn't get too hot while we were there. A cottage was 2800 pesos/night ($64.75 USD) - very reasonable for the location and service, in my opinion! The cottages are just a few steps away from the waterfront, which is where we were picked up for our island hopping tour! So convenient! We just woke up, ate breakfast, and hopped on the boat for our island tour! The view from the cottages is simply breathtaking.

On the night we arrived to Treetops, I was a little worried that they may have forgotten about my reservation because I didn't have a booking receipt or anything to prove it (I chose to pay cash instead of PayPal). I even forgot to print my e-mail correspondence with the owner David. However, the staff at Treetops were waiting for us and graciously greeted us. I was very pleasantly surprised!

Our stay there was so lovely. The rooms were always clean and had a personal touch of freshly cut flowers from their garden. You can choose to have breakfast there (for a very reasonable price). They cook it at their cottage, which is just a few steps away from the 2 main cottages (again, very convenient). The food was good and they even served us plenty of fresh fruit from their garden!

The house staff at Treetops were always so polite and helpful. I didn't get a chance to meet the owner David, who was out of town when we visited. However, Grace, the co-owner/wife, was so very gracious and hospitable! We told her that we wanted to do an island tour and she arranged it that night. We were able to do it the next morning - no hassles with planning! Whenever we wanted to go into town to grab dinner and just see the city El Nido, she or the house staff would call and arrange for a tricycle to come pick us up. Treetops is only about a 10 minute tricycle ride into town.

We also wanted to see the Puerto Princesa Underground River, so Grace made a bunch of calls to try to arrange that for us. Unfortunately, it was already fully booked (needs to be reserved a month or so in advance), but Grace was so sweet to put a lot of effort into trying to book that for us! We chose to leave a day early (to spend some time in Puerto Princesa), and Grace had no issues with this. She graciously made calls to arrange for the van to come drive us back to Puerto Princesa the next morning. She was instrumental in arranging things for us and it was so very convenient for us!

Overall, our stay here was excellent and I would definitely recommend Treetops! It definitely made our experience in Palawan a memorable one and I'm going to recommend it to all my family/friends traveling to El Nido! Thank you to Grace and the house staff!

Room Tip: Both cottages are great!

We booked at the last minute but communication from Grace was fantastic almost immediate responses! We spent a magical 5 nights at Treetops being taken care of by Grace and Rachel. Amazing breakfasts with a wonderful view. A scrumptious evening meal cooked by Grace after a hard day snorkeling on one the island tours organized for you. I can't say enough good things about Treetops, El Nido or Palawan in general simply stunning and oh so relaxing :)

We had an amazing time at Treetops and the service that Grace and co provide is second to none. All of the positive comments on here are true so I won't repeat them. We stayed for two days and on our last evening Grace cooked us a fantastic meal and gave us a free cooking lesson (which was needed) as well as some curry pastes to help us create similar meals at home. Treetops is only a short tricycle ride away from El Nido and they arrive minutes after they're called by Grace. Overall an amazing place with amazing people.
