Top spot in the middle of town. We only sampled the Pizzas and tomatoes topped with mozzarella, but that was enough to sell this little spot.
Service was up to scratch with attentive waitress and the guys cooking were having an enjoyable time preparing the pizzas that it showed In the meals they were producing.
Simple topping choices, (the margarita was a favourite) and the dough was prepared beautifully. Thin, with a favour of wood fire and crispy in spots!
They looked huge but with such a thin base they were easy enough to get through.
About 300-350 pesos a pizza.
The place was clean and has a little outdoor area where you can people watch the street below if you are in there early to get the coveted seats.
This was a welcome choice for us!
