“Great food and scenic view”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 July 2014

Badjao is very popular among locals and tourists and so when we arrived for dinner, we had to wait for a while.

The food was great though we had to wait longer because we visited during "rush/peak hours."

It was a bit noisy during dinner (and it was a weekend) but I still loved the atmosphere and the sound of the waves.

I think it's best to go there during non-peak hours on a weekday to truly enjoy the view.

“Seafood with a Sea View”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 July 2014

Friends took us to this lovely restaurant built amongst the mangroves. Would love to come back just before sunset so that we can see how the mangrove forest looked like and to see the ships pass by. Food was good too. :)

“Badjao Seafront is a tribute to the sea.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 July 2014 via mobile

Must-try for Palawan visitors. Entering Badjao & walking out into the water, one is immediately surrounded by priceless mangroves. Inevitably, seafood is the main fare, only requiring freshness to make each dish a success. With the restaurant's massive bamboo structure jutting out into the sea, one may be able to catch a glimpse of Palawan eagles circling really close by or even spinner dolphins at a distance. They say its best appreciated at sunset but lunchtime was already a great experience!
