We've eaten at Balinsasayaw many times, mostly at the Manalo Garden venue, and a few times at the Rizal Ave restaurant.

The food is very good. Our go-to meal is the ribs (okay, I'll admit I get the LARGE portion.) There isn't a tastier meat dish in town, and certainly none give the the amount-per-peso value. It's really an amazingly large serving.

The service is always friendly and efficient and have never gotten our order wrong.

Balinsasayaw is one of the more popular restaurants in Puerto Princesa and for a good reason. They already mastered how inihaw meat and seafood should be and ordering either one, or both platters will leave your tummies full and happy. I just didn't like the background music playing and the restrooms need to be renovated. Best to go with group of friends or big families, or if you need to celebrate something. Staff should be trained more to be attentive to customers' needs.

Try their signature rice, Balinsasayaw Rice. Its fried rice with bits of dried fish. Its sooo damn good! :) Their Tuna pasta is so creamy and yummy. We also ordered tofu and the only off part of it was the onions were cut a bit big compared to the tomatoes and dice fried tofu. You may also try their Balinsasayaw desserts, the halo-halo is soooo good! If I would rate them 8/10, 10 being the highest. You get your moneys worth with the food servings and ambiance at the restaurant.

Haven't taste there specialty but this restaurant is somewhat nice aside from I saw a bug on the table while eating. We ordered 2 viands and waited for so long for the food. We ordered desserts that was undelivered to our table so we just cancelled it. Overall, the food was great but the service was not.
