This place is magical in so many ways. Away from the hustle and bustle of "downtown" boracay, this provides a blissful, tranquil escape. It's 150 pesos ride into the town which is fun if you want to dip into some action - there are some amazing restaurants on the white-sanded beach at stations 1 and 2 but It was low season - I guess high season could well be over powering! We stayed in the bat house - after reading favourable reviews and no disappointment here. Spacious room with views to die for. It's a steep walk down but magically lit walkway at night and a sturdy handrail. The bathroom is very big and the view from the shower and toilet!! Is beautiful. The bathroom is like a coral cave, wonderful. Bed was super comfortable and mosquito net protected. At night you fall asleep to the sounds of lapping waves on the shore below. There is a private seating area below the villa and it's just the most perfect place to sit and soak it all in. We loved this area. The bar is right on the beach and you can get your breakfast etc delivered here. You sit virtually right on the beach. There is a lovely hammock too. There are ample swimming options- just a tiny bit rocky if the tide is high but really no problem, and the sea is blissfully warm and clear. You can take meals at the top restaurant area, but we only ate breakfast there. Very good omelettes! It was a privilege to stay here and the staff were exceptional! Thank you, book without fear!
