The location is nice, although a far walk from Station 2 and all the action. The beach was beautiful. The hotel is exotic and trendy. We had Cielo room (one of the highest at the top) which they call a suite but it is one room and a bath (not a suite) It had a gorgeous view of the ocean and spacious deck. Bed was comfortable. TV was small, although there was a DVD player. Very few amenities for what they call a boutique hotel. They charge for hotel transfers, but the service is good. It was very clean. The bathroom has an open shower to the outside, kind of cool.
BUT, water pressure was terrible, there was no hot water fo the bathroom sink, and the hot water heater for the shower broke down. When they replaced it, the temperature was very irregular, hot to cold and cold to hot constantly. They had no washcloths in the bathroom and could not supply them. One night our pillow cases smelled of mildew but they quickly replaced them. Breakfast was very good and included but small portions. The rooftop restaurant was an excellent view. Overall its a decent cool place, but get this...the rate...$180 usd per night! In the Philippines, even for Boracay during xmas, this is outrageous, and I do not think it was worth that price. $900 bucks for 5 nights plus transfer to and from the airport. I have stayed at many places in Bora and I say this is worth about 125 max.
