Stayed here for two night with my boyfriend.

Advantages:
✅near starbucks (15-20steps away)
✅near D'mall
✅affordable (2,000php per night for two)
✅beachfront
✅restaurants around
✅room is very clean, with fragrance.
✅new aircon (inverter type)
✅Has two wall plug on each side of the bed. Reading lights.
✅equip with cable tv, hot and cold shower, safety deposit box, mini ref with softdrinks, water, beer. (Not overprice) ex. Coke is 31 at the d'mall mart. They sell it for 35.
✅with laundry basket, 5-6rags from the door to the bathroom. 2mirrors.
✅helped me book transfer from kalibo to hotel to kalibo. Easy breezy, hassle free.
✅spacious room / comfortable king size bed with four pillows
✅easy to talk to / deal with.

Disadvantages
they only have 3rooms (one has balcony, two doesnt)
restaurant staffs were confused on which room to serve the coffee/food. Twice happened.
200meter walk from the main road, bad part is walking on a rough road
not sure if its a hotel/resort. More like apartelle, I think. No swimming pool and no other things to do in this resort but to sleep, watch tv, take a bath.

All in all i will recommend this to friends.

I was looking for a no frills room close to the beach if not on the beach....and that's exactly what I got! The rooms was simple yet spacious enough for me and clean. After a couple days the room grew on me and was quite pleased with it's closeness to the beach (literally 10 paces to the beach). The bed was soooo comfortable and slept well. Water pressure, layout and decor are what you expect on an Island, yet pleasant all round.
My satisfaction was increased after hearing other people comment on their respective rooms and their.....lets just say my research paid off.
The music from the local venues gets louder and noise from tourists increases after 6pm, yet this is to be expected given the location.
The girls managing the (3) rooms were quite nice and accommodating and wifi was good enough to search and make travel arrangements.

Room Tip: The hotel has 3 rooms, I had the middle room. The balcony room appeared larger and overlooked the be...

The three room hotel is located right along White Beach - about 20 steps to the water, a few hundred meters to D'Mall, a few steps from Starbucks and right beside Ti Braz Creperie and Bistro (love their mojito selection). The entrance is along a narrow alley leading to the main road (long walk from the main road - about 500meters). We stayed in a Deluxe Double room - the king sized bed was comfy and can easily fit 2 adults and a child. The split type airconditioning worked effectively and was very quiet. The sheets were very soft and clean. The bathroom was decently sized as well, with modern fixtures. The lighting setup allowed for a variety of options - bright, dim, lamp only, etc. The room actually looked better than the photos posted on Agoda and the hotel's website. Very notable was the warm and efficient service from the staff - it balances out the minor opportunities of the place. The pillows were quite thin, CRT TV, the room didn't have any view - it faces a wall (of another hotel), silverware set didn't match, no reception/lobby area. No shower curtain or any divider to avoid getting other areas of the bathroom to get wet. No beach lounge chairs exclusive to hotel guests.

With all of that, my family
and I enjoyed our stay and will consider coming back to Aquarius Marina.

The original design
Limited number of rooms
Internet is present
No breakfast, but they do not need, near many cafes
The hotel overlooks the beach
It offers peace and quiet
At night, the hotel closes the door, so there is no passing people
Recommend to young people, only to sleep

For it's price, I'd say you'll get even more than what you pay for. Steady wifi, beachfront hotel, near D'Mall and all other things you'll ever need when in the island. The family room we booked was very spacious. There's a cable TV and a newly installed safe for your valuables. Bathroom is ok except that there were quite a lot black ants on the sink. For first time guests, the name may not be too familiar for the tricycle drivers...so you can either asked to be dropped off at Club Ten (which is behind Aquarius and thus, nearer to the road) or near Astoria and just walk towards this hotel. Other establishments near (aside from Alchemy Restaurant below the rooms) are Cafe Del Mar, Beach Hut, Gerry's and Starbucks. Being at the boundary of Stations 1 and 2, the new hotel The District is very near too. Caution for light sleepers, it can be noisy at night because of the partying by the beach, for us it wasn't a problem though.
Free Wifi connection had a steady signal while we were there and I'm so glad that when I called the owner to ask for the password, he immediately texted me what it was even though it was late night already. The girls/staff were very courteous and mindful of our requests. Just don't go looking for a nice frontdesk/reception (for there's none) and have breakfast someplace else and you'll be fine. I'd definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: We got the family room because there were 3 of us and not really because of the view. Having the bal...

I wont call this a hotel. It's more of a guest house type, offering only 3 rooms. We got the middle room for Php 2500 (not super peak season). Not bad for a beach front property. The rooms are clean, warmly decorated, and spacious. Airconditioned, bathroom with hot water, TV, tables and chairs. The caretaker/attendant is friendly and helpful. This is a good place to stay if you're on a budget.

You may also enjoy Greek food of The Cafe Mediterranean and French crepes of TiBras, both restaurants having an ocean view and located in the grounds of Aquarius Marina.

Room Tip: Ask for the room which has a veranda that faces the beach. Rate is around Php 3500 to Php 5000. Enjo...
