Description: Crafts Rooftop Restaurant, is a famous Boracay restaurant, boasting the best Indian food on the island. As well as it's excellent authentic Indian food, it also has an excellent international menu including steaks and ribs. With its Rooftop views of either side, looking over white beach and watching the Kiters over on Bulabog, it's a great sunset viewpoint. Couple those with the sea breeze and great music, its a great place to be, eat, drink and socialize. The coldest iced beers and ranges of popular imported brands, makes this a great place to enjoy your favorite drink.

We were in Boracay in february 2013. Went the after reading good reviews about this place in tripadvisor. Was utterly dissapointed after trying out.wasn't the worth of walking all the way from our hotel to this place. We are vegetarians and the food was just so terrible, very spicy & oily even after particularly requested to reduce spiciness and oil. We ordered thai vegetarian green curry but instead was served chicken thai curry which they eventually replaced, of course. I wouldn't recommend anyone who wants to eat good indian food here. True food is a better option in Boracay.

I sought out Crafty's based on the earlier reviews and the hopes I may find other Aussies there. Unfortunately my timing must of been out as there was just 3 other tourists there who were too engaged in each others company for me to interrupt. I ordered a piña colada however and an Aussie burger. The burger was devine and was accompanied by a small ramakin of chips. The piña colada was ordinary - too strong and not quite the traditional recipe - and couldn't finish it. The bar is set atop the Crafty supermarket and has great potential for a great evening. Unfortunately I think my timing was out and was not the right day and time to catch the place a buzz. I went on a Sunday arvo at around 5pm.

Finding Crafty’s is no small trick. It also involves climbing seemingly endless (to me at 68) stairs (just keep going until the top). In the end, however, the fresh breeze, the ambiance, t He attentive waiters and the food make Crafty’s a thoroughly enjoyable experience. As well, Crafty’s is Australian owned and is a hangout for some of the many expats who live in Boracay, so you can pick up inside information on the best tourist attractions.
As for the food, good enough, good enough. The most remarkable items on the menu are HUGE hamburger/cheeseburgers. They taste great and make great photos with the kids trying to get a corner of one into their mouths’. Order one for two people. The other items that we ate were good, but not outstanding, priced well (a rarity for Boracay), and well served. An aside on service. One night when we went to Crafty’s, there was a birthday party for one of the local foreign residents. The place was full. One of the wait staff asked us to wait, went downstairs and hustled up two tables and five chairs, took our orders and personally made sure that our food made it through the kitchen in good time. Often in an expat hangout, the service is directed toward the comfort of the regulars. Nice to see at Crafty’s that all the guests are treated well. WOW.

Out of the busy tourist area, a couple of blocks from the beach, on top of the variety store and department store is where you'll find Crafty's. Go in the afternoon around four or five and you'll usually find a group of local foreigners gathering for a beer. Good food, drink, and conversation into the night.

We have used this spot as a bar, after shopping for grocerys in D´Mall. It´s nice to get a bit of air up there, and the beers ARE cold! Dined there once, and that was dissapointing even though people say it´s good. Maybe we were just there on a bad chef day. Had indian vegetarian and a burger, both far to oily!
