Our accommodation in Boracay overlooked Bulabog beach and I would definitely stay on the otherside of the island if I returned.
The beach is beautiful when the sun sets and rises, with the boats and clear water. There is a LOT of rubbish though, Japanese wrappers washed up, dead starfish, coconut shells, rubber and what looked like sewerage. I would not have even dipped my toes in this water at the time we were there. Maybe it gets cleaned up before the high season.
The 4 days we were there, watersports were on this side for 2 days, with not enough wind the other days.
