it was worth staying in this prestigious hotel. i really enjoyed even without the beach, this hotel is perfect for selfie!!! (-__-)
Efficient service. Staffs are really accommodating and attentive. They never fail to disappoint me.
Foods were great. Everything about the hotel is comfortable.

Boracay is just a hour away from Manila. Always took Caticlan flight than Kalibo. When we arrived in the hotel, everything was perfect. Lobby to room. Pools to beach. Restaurants to bar. NOTE: Always reserve your activities in regency. Hawkers are deceiver they will charge you 3times, so expensive!

Room Tip: North Wing are new rooms renovated

The resort has a perfect location. It is near fastfood restos like Mcdonalds and Subway. They also have a good array of food for their buffet. Steak all you can during lunch and dinner! Very friendly staff.

Room Tip: get the rooms near the beach!

i have been to boracay a lot of times but what made it extraordinary this time is boracay regency. we booked a junior suite for 3 days with my hubby. Too bad i did not get direct acces to the pool. the room is huge and so homey. the staff were all warm and easy to deal with. I enjoyed the VIP Lounge access and the food was good. i will surely go back to boracay regency.

Booked a standard room, found it was full of mold, just painted over. Floor was dirty even after cleaning still full of hairs. This hotel is definitely not worth the money, all extras are unreasonable expensive as a transport for 2 to Caticlan for 650 Pesos. Breakfast without change in 4 days.
Perhaps in old times a good choice, but today it feels over-prized.

Room Tip: Standard rooms are quite dark. Rooms to the beach front are noisy due to frequent parties.

I was much happier by the time I left then when I arrived. The hotel hospitality was not enough to create loyalty and I will likely explore other hotels when returning to Boracay. The hotel sent forms via email to pay for and secure the reservation. These required print and fax functions and I was traveling so it was difficult to print the forms nor did not have a fax machine easily available. I scanned and sent the signed forms and sent them via email after which the Boracay hotel staff informed me the hotel email was not working. Eventually, they said they would hold the room for me. Pick up at the airport was efficient. However, there are so many porters - who do you tip – it would be helpful to include gratuity in the transportation cost. I arrived at the hotel early in the day, having only two days to spend on the beautiful Island, and while the incoming registration clerk did her job, yet was neither welcoming or friendly. My reservation included one breakfast for two. I was traveling solo and asked for two breakfasts for one, yet the request was summarily dismissed. I asked for a map of the area and was told I could buy one in the convenience store. Given the cost of the room, a local map could not be provided? It could boost local revenue. Hotel check in is 4 PM, so I changed into my bathing suit in the small lobby bathroom and checked my bags with the porter. The hotel has wonderful pools and lounge chairs. Yet the pool chairs at the quieter pool are few and taken early in the day. The other pools need more umbrellas for sun protection. The beach beach chairs were adequate and there are plenty of umbrellas so I spend the morning there and walking on the beach. The hotel breakfast buffet is expansive yet there are few selections for those who are vegetarian and gluten-sensitive and I had to find wait staff for a refill of tea. Check out time is 12 N and the reception clerk who checked me out was very pleasant. However, my flight was not until 5 PM, so I checked out, spent the afternoon at a spa. Otherwise, I would have little opportunity to refresh prior to leaving for the airport. It would be a benefit if the hotel providing facilities for those who arrive early and leave later then the check-in and out times.

I cannot rave enough about this hotel - we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it is close to all the nightlife if you want to party or if you just want to chill out, you have your own pool right infront of your hotel door. If you want to explore, you can do so by going in a group and hiring a boat to explore the islands in Boracay. You can also jet ski and snorkel and have lunch at one of the islands. Yes, we did all these by the way :)

The restaurant at the hotel had good variety of dishes to choose from but if you want to have something different or want to go somewhere else, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. We opted to eat at the hotel restaurant because we had my 21 month old toddler with us and it was easier that way, and yes she really enjoyed swimming in the hotel pool.

We would definitely come back here to stay, hopefully longer next time :)

Room Tip: * Try the Kalamansi drink at the hotel restaurant - it is so refreshing :) * Bring your own sunscre...
