“Not worth 3.5*”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 19 October 2013

Me and my hubby stayed here for one night, the hotel itself is great as you do get what you pay for. I don't agree that it should be rated 3.5. The location is great, just 2 min walk to DMall and the beach and tricycles are available anytime just outside the hotel. There is some construction work going on and it's very noisy. The shower has no shower curtain and the shower holder isn't adjustable and the one in our room is broke causing the entire bathroom getting drenched and soaking the toilet roll. Weirdly the sink is located in the main room, not bathroom. I don't feel this hotel can be 3.5* when you don't get basic supplies such as tea/coffee making facilities or hair dryer. No complimentary water either. I would consider staying here again due to the great location however I would have to be on the tightest budget!!

This hotel is ok if you are willing to walk through the D'Mall before you hit the beach. I was with my parents when we checked-in in this hotel. Therefore, it was challenging to go through that long walk to the beach. It seems like a long walk because my parents are in their 70's already. The rooms are simple with cable tv, ref, hot showers, clean towels and free wi-fi. I just find it weird to find the sink outside the bathroom and the showers are without shower curtains or sliding doors. But generally the room is ok even without any view. During our stay, there was digging beside the hotel's vacant lot and it created too much noise especially in the hotel's lobby. Good thing we were assigned on the other side of the hotel where we do not hear the noise during our afternoon nap.

If you are a big breakfast eater, do not expect too much on the free breakfast that they will serve. You need to order an extra meal but it only costs P100. You may also order in advance if you have an early flight the following day but it will only be limited to continental breakfast which is toasted bread, bacon, egg, butter, marmalade and coffee.

They have free shuttle service which will bring you to caticlan port. This will save you P100 for the tricycle ride.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

If you book with them directly, they will give you 15% discount. It was off-peak season during our stay and our rate was P1800 per night for 2 people. The rate was really cheap.

I can stay here again if it will only be with my husband or company of youngsters who loves to stroll

First of all this is a very budget hotel. I can understand that rooms are very basic , breakfast super small and not tasty at all ( they even don't hv printed choices) Hotel is situated 5 min walks to the beach and 2 min to Dmall ( local shopping places , plenty shops, restaurants etc) . Ofcourse staff was nice and let me change rooms but hey ! u paid them to be nice and professional.
Originally i booked 7 nights but i stayed only 2 . I couldn't cope with massive noise coming from ; main street (where the hotel is located ) busy noisy traffic starts at 5 am , ongoing constructions on both hotel sides noise starts at 7 am till 22 pm ! even inside hotel they were busy vacuuming around 22 pm . Dont even wanna mention another annoying things like : terrible view from all hotel rooms , not working properly wifi, shower where u cant adjust heights etc . Only reason i stayed 2 nights coz I was busy diving and didn't hv time to find a better place. Then I had bit of break and i found another hotel ( to be honest 2 x expensive but was worth every single penny )where everything was perfect. We are as tourist coming to Boracay for holiday and get some rest, not being wake up by overwhelming drilling every morning.

Im experienced traveller ( my 5th visit to Philippines) and this was definitely my worse hotel ever. I highly not recommend this place unless u r on very tight budget. You been warned.

If smb insist i can send pics with " beautiful" hotels views and recorded noise ( with exact time - I did this 1 th time on trip advisor to prove it if smb from hotel will say that my review wasnt correct or smth like this )

Room Tip: Wifi doesn't work on 3th floor , trynto find rooms away form main street , maybe u avoid stree...

Station 2 is the ideal spot for first timers in Boracay. This hotel has the best spot bcoz D'mall is just a walking distance from the hotel and at the end of the D'mall is the beach that most people go for strolling/shopping. This is not beach front but I recommend this bcoz transportation is not a hassle. Also they give free shuttle from the port/airport to the hotel back and forth. The room is nice, the bed is also good. What I don't really like is the view from the veranda there is a construction on going. Overall it is very recommended. Very helpful staff, they can be flexible. I think the best part of it is the location.

Room Tip: Don't choose the room with the veranda, useless bcoz of the poor view.

I was welcomed by the owner's dog when i arrived i that hotel, as a dog lover i loved that a dog would welcome you and escort you to your room. It has wifi access and the rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful whenever you would ask for suggestions on where to shop and eat.

The hotel is located at the main road near the GMall shop, its about 200 meters away to the beach front. Its a very clean but a small room that is only good for 1 king size bed, it has a TV, Ref, H&C Water, and wifi free. The staff are courteous and helpful, though the free breakfast is not really good but the hotel price is fair enough.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days during the high season. I was charged $70/night and had a view of the construction sight. The room was ok, but I have stayed in hostels at a better rate that are much nicer than this place. If you stay, do not pay over $30 max, that is all it is worth
