From reservation, to airport pick-up, land transfer, port transfer, to going around the island; and from the welcome, to the daily service, up to the send-off, Patio and Island Express staff got all bases covered. They make sure you have a hassle-free travel and stay. Even when one of us had to be picked up at a different schedule all of a sudden, because the airline didn't allow her to check-in 5 minutes before boarding time (!!!) (yeah right, like they are so efficient??!), the shuttle and the hotel staff didn't have to be instructed on what to do. They immediately made the necessary arrangements, making sure our companion was safe and picked up on her new schedule.

The room was big. Beddings were simple and clean. Pillows were more than enough (like! like!). A/C was working properly. T/B was quite big and even had big bath tub; and toiletries were ample and were of good quality. Wifi inside the room was good! And our room opens to a nice garden. The cafe was clean and the food was good - breakfast was indeed, BUFFET. The pool and the gym were really great! It's cool that you can pig-out and still burn the calories after (or in our case, pump up our metabolism before we pigged-out) hahahah.

If there's anything I can recommend for improvement, I'd suggest having - (1) a foot bath outside the rooms, (2) bedroom slippers, and (3) a portable clothes line where guests can hang their wet clothes to dry.

Room Tip: Select the rooms in the west building - these are nearer the cafe, the pool, the gym, and the access...

We were travelling on a budget, and had stayed three persons per room. The rooms left quite a bit to be desired as they were not too spacious. The bathroom was especially too small for my liking. However, my perception of the hotel changed when I went to the pool area, which is very nice and a good place to relax. The beach is only a short walk away. The service staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is ideal for you if you want peace and quiet.

However, if you prefer a hotel that's teeming with people and activities you might find this place a little 'boring'. Oh and I wouldn't recommend the restaurant.

Room Tip: Try to take rooms near the pool area as it's the most scenic part of the hotel.

I booked 3 DeLuxe bedrooms for 6 people for three nights; each room with one double bed and a sofa bed. As added security, we have our own safe to use to keep passports and money. We were given a welcome treat of mangoes and bottled water. The rooms were very clean and located on ground floor. It was convenient to go in out quickly to have breakfast or just eat in the hotel. The hotel was close to everything, beach, restaurants, shopping, church. The service was good and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. I will certainly recommend this hotel.

Went as a couple and stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. The room was big. The bathroom is lovely. Towels are very good. There is a queen size bed and a couch. Food is excellent. But above all, the service is the best. Everyone is very approachable. We feel very safe and at home. We also tried to have a set dinner for 2 at their tree house. It was explicit and they continued to serve us at our hearts content. Also has fast wi-fi that even in my vacation, I was able to attend and support my colleagues at work. Good and fast housekeeping. If ever we would be going back to Boracay, I would always stay with Patio Pacific.

Room Tip: Must try the tree house candle lit dinner.

We stayed here 4 nights in December, we had just come from another hotel in Boracay that was really disappointing, so when we arrived at the Patio Pacific it was like heaven. The place is very clean, room was spacious enough (family of four) and very clean. I have no negative points about this hotel, all positive. Great facilities, pool, gym and even a rock climbing wall. There is free WiFi through out the hotel that worked really well. We found the food at the restaurant good. The hotel is only a short walk to the beach via an alley which at first seems a bit daunting but its no trouble at all and very well lit a night. Overall a very good experience at this hotel, would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: This hotel is split by a busy road, so if you can get a room on the beach side would be better I thi...

Nice location, they just refurbished their hotel, breakfast is fine.
Initially i wanted to stay at Boracay Lagoon, but the hotel has fully booked and without further delay, I booked Patio Pacific 4d3n package. We were all enjoyed the stay in this hotel and it has exceeded my expectation due to the price and service.
I will definitely come back again!

Room Tip: nearby the breakfast area is good. espcially the ground floor room where you can walk out anytime to...

The reviews here in Tripadvisor are true, they have the best service in Boracay. Very polite, always smiling and helpful staff. Due to their politeness, they can not manage a white man shouting outside our room during dawn til early morning. Alot of the guest woke up annoyed.

Their housekeeping service is a bit disappointing because even if we put the "please make up my room" tag on our door, they missed to clean our room. Though they offered it to clean earlier.

Another disappointment is their transfer service, if the hotel staff is best in service, well the transfer service is the worst. I hope their transfer service can come early on time, more coordinated and organized. The personnel forgot to guide the Filipino guests in queueing for the boat. A lady even complained that the transfer service personnel only guides the foreigners and dont mind the filipinos. Other filipino guests were waiting inside the terminal unaware that the bus to the airport is waiting for them outside (such a waste of time indeed).

I hope they will reconsider hiring other transfer service provider.
