Victory Beach Resorts is located after White Beach in the Boat Station 2 area closer to Station 3. I prefer this area as its a little bit more relaxed and less commercial than the Station 1-2 area. Easiest way to find it is from one of the access roads and then walk down to the beach and follow the walk. It is close to the smal shopping area (even called shopping mall… but its not a mall) cash machines and restaurants. Its a resort, a dive shop and bar/restaurant. There are always people on the move and walking by outside on the long beach walk.

Not a big fan of the rooms who are very simple and has a fridge, tv and air con. More practical then cosy. If you’re looking for a lovely “hotel experience" this is not a good choice.
However staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff made our stay and resort feel genuine with a homey feel. We really liked hanging out down at the bar area and diving shop infront of the hotel building and at the beach walk. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Bar is nice and has most drinks. Food is very good and prices are on the right level. Nothing super exciting but taste perfect as mum works in the kitchen. We enjoyed sating at our resort and had several meals here.

If you are use to and fine with the lower standards when traveling in Asia and am looking for a good budget alternative, this resort deserves a chance. I’ve stayed at nicer places but this is OK. Don't have much to complain about even though I think they can do better. If you are picky continue to look for another place to stay.

We stayed here for nine nights during the Chinese New Year and I had a pretty pleasant stay. Also we got a good rate during a very busy high season period. Have some really good memories.

If I return to Boracay I'll try another resort or hotel.

Beach is just right in front of the hotel which was really good. And the resort is in the middle of everything. Food is good, staff is friendly and helpful, everything seems good. Just that my room is facing some shops and it can be noisy at times.

We encountered typhoon yolanda there and we feel safe in the building. Where electricity was cut off, gen set was used and we still have our air conditions, etc. The evening yolanda make it's landfall - Boracay was like a ghost town. No electricity - so dark and raining. Many shops are close. Victory still provide service as usual. Thumbs up !

I will not hesitate to recommend this place to those going to Boracay. Best time to travel to Boracay is Jan - May.

other staff was nice, except the thin gay receptionist who is rude, when asked why our room is not clean? he answer that we need to ask! ?????? i asked for a broom because the room is not clean, he gave us broom and let us clean our room on our own.
I am very disappointed with the service of the cleanliness, no anticipation of guest needs. stayed for 4 nights but i asked to cancel the last night because of change of flight, reception cannot cancel the last day. its like they are stealing my money.

Room is big, AC is good. housekeeping big NO!

I was going to give this hotel a perfect score, everything fantastic except for they allow smokers to smoke in the reception/lobby area. The reception is indoors so as soon as you come in, you can inhale cigarette smoke. There were actually ashtrays on the coffee tables which encourages more the smokers to smoke indoors the hotel. This is not good if the guest have asthma like me. Apart from this, the hotel is a good value, clean, comfortable, friendly staff and located in front of the beach.

Spent a week here mid June.
Can't really flaw the place. The room was spacious, decent bathroom. Tv had heaps of channels, all of the staff were lovely especially Victor at the bar, and the guys helped us carry our ridiculously heavy luggage down to the main road and helped us get a trike when we were leaving.

The restaurant food was delicious and we had breakfast downstairs almost every day. Try the buffet dinner at least once while there. 280 pesos, all you can eat!

The only thing I will point out is that the wifi was down for the first day, and then after it was fixed it was a bit spotty but hey. We dealt with it. There is wifi at almost every bar on the island anyway.

Had a great time, and would definitely consider staying at the same place when we come back one day.

We stay here on this hotel last April for one week and we regret for choosing these hotel.
1. Very good location since close to D'mall and just in front of it is the famous white beach.
2. Rooms are clean with a big cabinet and nice veranda
3. There was these very courteous guy who always clean our room everyday.
Weak points-
1. The airconditioner were totally disgusting it is very old and need replacement.
2. We booked for room #6 in the second floor but when we get there they give us the room #15 since somebody is occupying our reserved room and take note no wifi in the third floor we always go downstairs just to connect to wifi.
3. Pillow cases, bed sheets and comforter was terrible, need a serious replacement.
4. Some of the staff were not that friendly and approachable. I remember there was these foreigner who wants to pull out his reservation on his room since he was disappointed and these one staff keep on saying "layas" "layas" etc. which means "go away", that was so rude to use another language to offense other people.
5 Their charge if you stained with a henna tattoo on their bedshit and pillow case was too high they are over reacting as if these cases are good quality.

Last words: There are lots of good hotel and totally better than these.

Didn't stay here but tried the dinner buffet. Budget-friendly for a simple home style meal. Make sure you get here in time for the happy hour. Don't expect a lot though. It will definitely take a lot of cocktails to get you tipsy.
