Though it was the height of summer, we ordered everything spicy, like the Tom Yum soup and the pomelo salad. It was perfect, from the sourness of the soup to the refreshing tang of the salad, even the spring rolls and Pad Thai had something new to say. Situated near the back of D'Mall, it's not the most scenic of spots but once inside you won't be lacking for things to cool you down, with the plentiful fans and fruity beverages on offer. The herbs and spices inherent to the cuisine are all fresh and abundant, and these are what really give the dishes their great flavor. The chef is from Thailand, you can't get more authentic than that.
