Located in Station 1, the hotel was a good location and convenient to local clubs, and the beach which is right across the street. 5 minute taxi ride (or 20 minute walk) to De Mall and you have access to all of those shops and restaurants as well. The staff are what make this place a candidate for repeat visits. They are very attentive and want to make you feel at home. 5 stars for service!! P.S. Had one glitch with the room air conditioner freezing up but this was promptly fixed by their in-house maintenance staff.

Room Tip: There is no on-site "spa" however in-house massage service is available poolside or in you...

This was a great hotel, it was well kept, nothing was dirty, staff was attentive and kind, food was quite good. We only had the breakfast, but it was delicious! For the price, I thought the room was great, good size, brand new sheets. Pool was small, but why swim in the pool, when the beach is a 2 minute walk away? Great location! We had an issue with accidentally staining the bed, with henna, which we were warned about, but the manager handled the situation very well, and was more than accommodating given the circumstances. We didn't go to Ariel's Point, which is one of the big reasons to go there, but we did go during monsoon season. Overall great place, would definitely go back.

It was a last minute booking at about 0330hrs when i suddenly decided to go for a quick holiday to the Boracay Island that same day. I called the hotel at 0400hrs an told the receptionist that i would need a room urgently at a very short notice. Ms Reggie the night staff was very kind enough to accept my booking and told me that the price is US$89.60 per night. She then told me that it's confirmed but i would need to send them an email with our flight details so that they can keep that as a record as well as to reply booking confirmations by them. She didn't even asked me for my credit card details or was there any kind payment needed but instead, she told me that our pickup has been arranged as soon as we landed at the Kalibo Airport.
That was so nice of them to entertain me at a very short notice. As soon as we touched down Kalibo Airport, i read their email asking me to approached to the Southwest counter just outside the airport. There the Southwest staff checked our names and immediately told us that the BBC hotel has called them and that i don't even have to make any kind of payment for the round trip transfers to and from Kalibo - Caticlan Port. It's a 2 hrs ride from Kalibo to the Caticlan Port. At the Caticlan Port, a BBC staff is already waiting for our arrival and took care of the boat tickets as well as the port terminal fees and he took care of our luggages to a waiting boat to Boracay Island.
The boat ride is a good 10mins ride to the island. At the island, the staff then took us to our waiting car and drove us to the BBC Hotel.
At the hotel, we were greeted by their friendly staffs with 2 welcome drinks served with a wet towels. They just took our passport for registration and return it back to us immediately. I WASN'T EVEN ASK FOR A DEPOSIT OR MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS. I did asked them should i pay them something and their reply was that it's ok and that i can pay them when i check out. It was supposed to be only a 3 night stay but we really love this place and decided to extend another 2 nights, our extended stay was also taken care with just a call to the receptionist and they let us stay at the same room. I'm surprised to see how friendly and caring the Philippines peoples are, you can see they are very genuine. Beautiful fine white sand beaches at the Aerial House just outside the hotel and the guards stops the traffic whenever we wanted to cross over to the other side. The staffs will stop vendors or touters trying to sell us somethings. They'll address you by your name anytime you passed by them. BBC even owned the only Aerial Point cliff jump attraction and we got a special discount as a hotel guest. The Puka Beach is a must to visit as the water there is even more clearer, just like the tap water or a swimming pool and the rough sand at Puka Beach is good for foot reflexology. I could see a PHP20 note at the floor bed whilst swimming about 8 meter high from the surface of the water...and i dive in to pick it up. Imagine how clear the water is. From Puka Beach on the way back about 5 mins away, stop over to a restaurant call Mama's Bar & Restaurant...another mind blowing experience there...be sure to check it out. Checking out was a breeze and we were taken care the same way we came all the way. Thank you BBC for the most wonderful experience and stay......we'll definitely come back....!!!

Boracay Beach Club (or BBC as it is affectionately known as) is situated on Beach 1. The rooms are clean but we expected it to be slightly bigger. The little patio area was too small to hang out. Location is excellent though and the staff extremely friendly. Beach 1 is definitely the best part of the beach. It was easy to walk down the beach towards D-mall and onto Beach 2 and 3. The hotel's clubhouse faces the beach, a good location to have breakfast.

As many others we took their package and enjoyed it until the end. Good service, excellent location away from the noisy beach in the evening and just a few steps across the road to enjoy it during the day. Rooms are spacious and clean with a constant supply of towels. Breakfast was well arranged at various locations. The pool was always a great place to cool off and relax. Good help to get transportation either way you like to go.
