Beachfront bar and rooms at the back which is the most ideally location I like. Walking distance to station 2 and D-mall. Clean and comfortable room, I was almost staying in the room for 2 days for 3days. The service is Very detailed almost covers everything we need. Foods are delicious and big service.
Very satisfied !

My wife and I stayed here from the 19th to the 23rd June 2014. We booked a suite which was on the third floor with no elevator so for us oldies it was hard work, at least the porter carried our luggage up and down the stairs. The hotel itself is tired and needs a good renovation, the air con in the bedroom sounded like a jet engine but after 2 days it was fixed, the bathroom has that awful shower in the bath and the head was broken and sprayed water everywhere except the body. We ate mostly at the hotel but after the first meal chose food that wasn't fried, salads etc. The beachside resto and bar was very pleasant, again tired and need of a reno. In fact the whole of Boracay needs a reno, it is nothing like the pictures you see. The beach has end to end bars and disco bars excepting a few private compounds. What saved the hotel was the service we received especially Mariann, Gretchel & Marilou. I would rate this hotel a 3.5 star hotel. I don't think we will go back to Boracay again.

Room Tip: A bit hard to recommend but probably best to ask for a ground floor unit.

I am currently staying at this hotel. It is very, very, VERY Nice!
Small enough to be personal, but still with all the tings you want from a "big" hotel. Awsome rooms. Best hotel food that I have ever eaten. Best night rest that I have had in the philippines. You can just cross the street to the resturant by the sea where we eat our breakfest - with a wonderful sea view. And sitting a few meters from the waters edge...

Best hotel experience I have had so far in the Philippines (and I have had a number of trips here). I am very happy with my stay and I will be back next time I visit Boracay.

Ps. Room 103 was very, very nice!

Stayed with BBC for just over a week and can not fault them. The staff are lovely and the location is perfect. They made a possibly harrowing long trip from Kalibo effortless with help from a staff member ushering us through queus and ports. Awesome rooms, good bathrooms, great pool, helpful welcoming staff and a prime island position. What more can you ask for?

We called first to check if they had room available for us before we booked via agoda which had lower rates at that time compared to their published price.

Loved our stay here. The staff are amazing; this is the first hotel that literally had a welcoming committee. We had refreshing drinks and cold towels upon arrival, early check-in, cheerful assistance though out our stay, check out when we left was speedy. Appreciate their help with our transfer when we had to leave quickly to make our flight out.

The family room we had at the 3rd floor was spacious enough, very clean. Beds were comfortable, pillows smelled great. Provided were tea making facilities, tv, minibar, in room safe. Towels were thick. Toiletries complete. Water pressure strong and steady.

Plated breakfast was good, portions satisfying and included fruits. Enjoyed their bangus.

Had fun at their pool. Grounds were lovely and landscaped. They have a roof deck which has a view of the beach. The hotel has no elevator.

This is our new favorite n Boracay.

Wonderful hotel with great service. Its is centrally located at S1 with the Ariel house directly across the street. If you want to do cliff diving, you have to register at Ariel house. Even my friends walk from S2 to S1, just to make registration. Its a 30 second walk across to the white beach. For hotel breakfast, you can also request them to serve you at the Ariel house. Breakfast is reasonable but limited selection. However, the other lunch and dinner food are very delicious.

In terms of services, you can only give them a 5 star rating. The staff are so helpful, always answering to any of our queries and help us arrange for our tour as well as hotel transport. Its the people that make the place special. Its only have 33 rooms which makes us feel exclusive.

The only downside is that even though the room is clean, it is a bit old and you can see in the pictures that other reviewers posted. Given that it is across the club, you will also hear some faint noise at night if you are a light sleeper.

As nothing is perfect, as long as you deem the price is good, I will strongly recommend you to stay here. Really appreciate the staff for making the stay wonderful!
